1. She Does Squats

If you want a body – specifically a booty – like Tefi you are goign to have to squat for it. While she doesn’t share a lot of workout videos on Instagram, the ones she does all involve working her glutes with the simple move. Sometimes she squats with added weights, and others, she uses a booty band to increase the burn.

2. She Plays Golf

Tefi maintains a very active lifestyle, which includes walking, watersports, and golf. “Learning 🤓 what sport do you like? #tefivalenzuela #golf bunny,” she captioned this post of herself perfecting her swing.

3. She Dances

One of the key ways Tefi stays in shape is by dancing. Not only does she dance for work, but also takes classes on the side. “First class and we're going for more, dancing not only releases endorphins, if not that helps me work my memory and is a great exercise 💜🙌🏻 with my girls is more fun @mgpatron @zulevillaverde,” she captioned this post.

4. She Promotes Self-Love

Tefi is always promoting self-love in her social media posts. “And what's not for you.. not even if you put on, no one will take away what is for you you are unique and unrepeatable, stop worrying and comparing me set me free,” she captioned one post. “And so it took 31 years for me to discover that the secret was ‘love’ and not what I believed, what I expected from others... if not the love you had to have me, learn not to assume, to know that people have another perspective of everything and should learn to understand others, I learned to believe in me,” she added in another.

5. She Maintains a Healthy Diet

Tefi sometimes shares photos of what she eats on social media. Her diet is overall healthy, consisting of lean proteins and lots of fruits and vegetables. For example, for breakfast one day she had an omelet with fruit on the side. She also yogurt and granola bowls filled with fresh fruit.
