Tess Daly, the model and TV host, loves to post several stunning photos on Instagram. She just spent time in a beachside cabana, and made sure to get some shots for her followers to see. Her most recent photo is a selfie of herself in a red one piece swimsuit and sunglasses. “IT’S HERE," she said of her new swimsuit line. "So here’s hoping for a sun soaked year!” she said. “Feeling like a proud woman and huge thanks to the women that support us! ♥️.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tess Daly stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Yoga

Daly broke down some of her health and wellness tips to Getthegloss.com. She says that she’s a really big fan of practicing yoga, and does so each day. "The mornings are when I try to do some yoga. That's my time to be reflective about the day ahead. Just ten minutes of yoga makes me feel as though I've pressed the 'reset' button. I'm refuelled and ready to seize the day again.”

2. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Daly broke down her favorite things to eat for breakfast in her Getthegloss.com interview. She revealed that she starts her day by enjoying something healthy. "Sometimes I have a power smoothie or juice but mostly I like Greek yoghurt with a handful of frozen blueberries. I microwave them and make a puree to put on top of the yoghurt. It's like having pudding for breakfast – divine – or I'll have a banana on toast with honey.”

3. She Does Intermittent Skipping

Daly tells Getthegloss.com that she likes to do a process called intermittent skipping with her personal trainer. She says that it works really well for keeping her heart rate up. “I'll do intermittent skipping where I skip for a minute then have a minute's rest. You do it for five minutes but actually only end up skipping for three – it's great! But it really works. It gets my heart rate up and the endorphins going.”

4. She’s Grateful

Daly says to Getthegloss.com that she has a positive outlook on life, no matter how crazy things get. She says that she stays grateful for what she has and whatever happens in her life. “I'm very pragmatic about the whole process,” she says. I'm at that age where you can just see all the lines but that's just life, you know. What is the alternative? It just feels kind of ungrateful to dwell on it. I'm grateful for a healthy life."

5. She’s Reducing The Amount Of Meat She Eats

On Instagram, Daly revealed that she has made a change to her diet. She says that while her family is not completely vegan, she has been reducing the amount of meat she eats. "It's been my goal recently to get the whole family to cut down on the meat we eat, and introduce more plant-based alternatives.”

Vicky Pattison, star of Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach and Judge Geordie, has never not been outspoken. Sharing pictures of her weight loss today, she doesn’t disappoint, using them as chance to stick up for women everywhere, and show the reality of what losing pounds looks like. How does she stay so fit and so strong, and what was her message? 1. This is How She Lost the Weight

“So I've recently lost abit of weight- it's not quite the overnight miracle everyone on social media seems to think it is- it's been happening gradually over the last year through an amalgamation of things & much to everyone's disappointment I'm sure- there's no great big secret to how I did it. I got my contraceptive out my arm after 15years which had a huge impact on my body & also I got the worlds most energetic Pup- who we love DEARLY but needs to be walked between 2-3 hours daily 😂 So there you have it, I'm sorry I can't flog you a transformative pill or workout but you're all lush as you are anyway so please stop being so hard on yourselves ♥️,” she captioned the photos.

2. She is an Advocate for Women

ITV Palooza 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women,” she wrote. “Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.”

3. She Says There’s a Difference Between Posed vs. More Relaxed

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in- The end result is going to be this first pic. However if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives 😂) the end result is more like this second one,” she explained of the photos. “These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the super posed & unrealistic ones on social. It's ok to want posed pics or more relaxed ones- to let it all hang out or want to go balls to the wall.”

4. She Says It’s Not OK to Tear Women Down

Sex & the City Apartment Pop-Up LaunchMike Marsland/Getty Images

“The only thing that isn't ok is telling another woman how YOU think she should look. Instead of tearing other women down, we should be building each other up... We're all beautiful in our own unique way & trust me, we're all capable of getting a sick pic for Insta 😂” she concluded.

5. She Sets Goals, and You Can, Too

Vicky Pattison attends the launch of Puttshack, Bank inPhil Lewis/Getty Images

“I write out my goals for the week as well as how I plan to achieve them,” Pattison has said. “Eating healthier sounds like a good idea. But what does it really mean? Aim for specific goals instead, such as eliminating soda, eating five servings of vegetables a day or limiting your daily sugar intake to 30 grams of added sugar,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Losing 10 pounds a week sounds great. But it's an impossible goal that likely will leave you discouraged — and more likely to give up on your efforts. Choosing realistic goals that you can meet will reinforce your efforts and keep you moving forward. Losing one pound per week is a realistic and sustainable goal.”

Warthon tells Infobae that getting help with her mental health is extremely important to her. “I am clear that in this career, you need to work on security and self-esteem,” she says. “And this was given to me by my parents, and the work on my mental health. I have attended therapy since I was 13 years old, many times throughout my life and it is good because one needs tools to be stronger.”

2. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Warthon is all about self-love. In her recent Instagram post, she talked about how she got to this place. “It has taken me too long to love my curves,” she says. “And I still have a lot to improve, but it is a great advance.”

3. She Doesn’t Care What Others Think

Warthon has received a lot of comments about what she should be doing. However, she ignores them. Warthon talked about this her recent Instagram post. “Now, day by day I receive messages about how I should be, how I should see myself or that I should have surgery. And the truth, today I can say that: I DON'T CARE.”

4. She Goes To The Beach

In her recent Instagram post, she talked about how she loves going to the beach.“Today I decided to upload my bikini photo because for me, being in the sea is the most beautiful thing,” she writes. “And I feel beautiful, and that's the only thing that matters.”

5. She Does Sit-Ups

Warthon revealed some of her favorite workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing sit-ups. Doing core workouts, like sit-ups, are important. The Mayo Clinic states, “Weak core muscles can leave you more prone to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls.”

Love Island winner Millie Court knows how to take the perfect picture and she’s showing off her skills on social media. The British star posted a series of photos of herself wearing an animal print bikini as she posed by the pool in a luxury villa. “All about the angles and pose gals… 🤪😂,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Court stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Orange Juice To Start the Day

Court loves to indulge in a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice to kick start her day. “Oranges contain health-promoting compounds known as flavanones,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Research suggests that these phytochemicals help support the body and protect us from conditions such as heart disease and cancer – they’re also thought to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial benefits. What’s more, orange peel actually contains higher amounts of certain nutrients than the flesh, so using recipes that incorporate the zest of an orange will give your diet an extra boost.”

2. Meghan Markle Is Her Makeup Inspiration

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Attend The Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 - One Year to GoSamir Hussein/WireImage

Court is inspired by Meghan Markle’s “flawless” skin and makeup, and tries to emulate her natural aesthetic. “Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural,” she says. “At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. I also use Nars blusher, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Mac Blusher.”

3. She Is True To Herself

Millie Court seen attending the ITV Summer Party 2022 at TheBrett Cove/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images

Court is now a household name—but she stays down-to-earth. “Obviously, life has just really changed,” she says. “I've realized how important it is to have your friends and family close. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. I love to laugh, I love a drink – I'm a true Essex girl and I think people could see that. So, no matter what happens, I just want to make sure that Essex is still inside me, that I stay true to myself and just enjoy what is happening at the moment!”

4. Dieting Made Her Miserable

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

Attwood tells The Sun that she has done plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures to herself. While she doesn’t condemn them, she encourages others to do procedures that are safe and won’t harm their bodies. Larissa Trownson is best known for her appearance on the hit Netflix series, Too Hot To Handle. She’s also a practicing lawyer, and has a strong following on social media. Trownson shares a bunch of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In a recent post, she enjoyed a dip in a pool. Trownson captioned the post, “Sorry can’t talk right now, I’m busy (being an icon).” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Swims

Trownson, as you can tell from her recent post, loves to spend time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape. Trownson shares a lot of other posts on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared these photos of herself in a pool in Turkey, captioning it, “If angels don’t exist, how do u explain me.” Trownson also posted this photo of herself swimming in Vanuatu’s Crystal Blue Lagoon. She captioned the post, “Could stop posting bikini pics but I’m not a quitter.”

2. She Knew When To Walk Away

Trownson opened up about her decision to leave Too Hot To Handle in an interview with MailOnline. “I kind of had a moment of reflection,” she says. “And with Nathan falling apart I kind of realised that I learned a lot about myself and what I want, what I’m feeling with someone and my emotions and what I need. So, I felt like I learned a lot and my journey had ended, there was nothing else I was going to learn at that point.”

3. She’s Honest

Trownson is open about having plastic surgery done. She explained why she is so honest about this in particular in an interview with Daily Mail Australia. “I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women. So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it.”

4. She Wants To Be An Inspiration

Trownson balances both life as a reality star and a lawyer. In an interview with Daily Mail, Trownson opened up about wanting to break stereotypes people might have of her and other women like her. “That's part of the reason why I went on Too Hot to Handle, I want to show people, I can look the way I do and have a successful job. Long term, I want to be able to break the stereotype that I can be a lawyer and look this way.”

5. She Takes Pole Dance Lessons

Trownson revealed in this Instagram post that she is taking pole dance lessons. LifeHack.org reports that this has a lot of health benefits. “Most people in the modern world could stand to lose about 10 pounds of fat, so any form of exercise is welcome. However, pole dancing taxes the muscles in the entire body and you are always moving – making it a great isometric and cardiovascular exercise wrapped into one. You can burn as many calories in a 30-minute session as you would doing aerobics and calisthenics, and this will lead to significant weight loss over several months.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
