1. Passionate About Skincare
One of Huyền’s non-negotiable beauty tips is to thoroughly remove makeup every day and maintain the health of her skin. “Regardless of how much makeup you wear during the day, it’s important that you remove it before you go to bed,” says UPMC Health Beat. “Some cosmetics and sunscreens can clog your pores, contribute to acne breakouts, and make your skin look dull. Leaving mascara on overnight has been shown to trigger puffy eyes. Worse, leftover eye makeup can lead to eye infections. These are all good reasons to reach for the makeup remover.”
2. Seafood Lover
Huyền loves seafood—especially crab. “Typically, all shellfish is low in calories and a good source of protein and healthy fats, as well as a good array of nutrients, including as zinc, B12, iron and selenium,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “They are also more nutritious if they are steamed or baked rather than breaded or fried. Most shellfish are high in vitamin B12, an important nutrient required for healthy bone formation. Low levels of vitamin B12, also known as pernicious anemia, can increase your risk of osteoporosis as you age.”
3. Fresh Strawberries

Huyền enjoys fresh strawberries as a healthy, nutritious snack. “Strawberries are rich in colorful pigments which have a protective effect – these anthocyanidins are thought to have a number of potential health benefits, including prevention of inflammatory conditions and heart disease,’ says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Observational studies appear to link regular berry consumption with fewer heart-related deaths.”
4. Cucumber Salad
Huyền loves fresh salads, especially made with cucumber. “Cucumbers are a great source of dietary fiber, vitamin C and K, magnesium, manganese, and potassium,” says registered dietitian Nicole Swingle. “They are also a great food source of water and can help one stay hydrated, especially in the summer months.”
5. She Cherishes Her Independence
Huyền is proud to be self-sufficient and make her own money. “I am used to being economically independent because I worked and earned money from a very young age,” she says. “When I was a few years old, I went to dance and sing in children's programs, and was paid a salary. When I was 11 years old, I worked as an MC for a radio station, my income gradually increased. For a long time, I got used to making money, mastering my life.”
