I also go to David Diafat when I really want a hardcore workout that will push my boundaries,” she told Stylecaster when asked about where she works out in London.

2. She Doesn’t Work Out Very Often

Some stars work out everyday day. But not Caroline. Her approach to fitness is much more relaxed. “I try to work out twice a week at the very least, but I don’t beat myself up if I can’t,” she told Stylecaster.

It’s the lazy person’s guide to training with a new state-of-the-art machine. Twenty minutes of training is the equivalent of six hours in the gym. It’s insane!” she told Stylecaster.

Caroline watches what she eats and makes sure to get a lot of produce in. “A healthy day of eating will usually be a hard-boiled egg and homemade soups: My favorite is pea and mint. I also love fresh homemade juices,” she told Stylecaster.

Like many other Brits, a cup of tea is a fixer for Caroline. "I'm pretty much as old British as you can get, but it's not like every day the world stops for tea and scones and jam. It's a treat. Pilates is a lot of fun too, as I love to stretch. If I meet a new trainer, I always let them know that I love to stretch, and if they just make me put my arms up above my head and hold them for a few seconds I have to switch trainers. I did ballet when I was younger and I still practice my stretches after a workout. I also have a gym in my condo in Canada, so I work out a lot there too,” she told British Vogue.

In it, she was asked what advice she would give herself at the start of RHOP, specifically with her looks. “I would just say ‘you do you,’” she says. “It's tough because for an entire season there are a lot of outfits with different hair and makeup. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely!
