1. She’s Confident
Stratton opened up about her career in an interview with WWE Die Woche. She says that she has a lot more confidence when she is going into matches. “My confidence has changed a lot,” she says. “I definitely feel like I found who I am in life, but [also] in the ring. I’ve really found who I am in the ring, and I think that’s a big factor that people don’t realize is just figuring out who you are in the ring and what drives you and what motivates you. I’ve really honed in on my craft and I think that has been the biggest game changer for me is just figuring out who I am in this industry.”
2. She Uses Gymnastics
Stratton is a former competitive gymnast. And from the looks of her time in the ring, she’s still putting those skills to use. Stratton uses a lot of gymnastics moves when she’s in a match. In this hype video, she is seen doing back handsprings and flips. 3. She Weight Trains
Stratton does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she does is weight train. She is a former bodybuilder, and shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself using weights.
