"Babe wake up, tiff posted," she posted the sultry series of Instagram snaps. Do Gymnastics

Tiffany is a tumbler with a background in gymnastics She shared a video from one of the meets she competed in as a youth on social media, showing off her incredible skills. "Same s**t, different day✌🏻 (yes I was brunette at one point," she captioned the post.

Lift Heavy Weights

Tiffany doesn't waste time with tiny weights – she goes big or goes home and opts for heavier ones. She hits the gym on a regular basis and doesn't mess around with little hand weights. "A Big goal of mine has been to hit a 300 lbs back squat…. and today I did that," she captioned a post from one of her sessions.

Hit the Tennis Court

Tiffany also chooses leisure activities that help support her fitness plan. Tennis is one of her go-to sports. "Change of plans, I ain't playing fair," she captioned one of her posts, making a racquet in her tennis outfit. ACE Fitness explains that picking up a racket is a great idea, combining cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Take a Hike

Tiffany loves to go for hikes. Why is it a good workout? It works your muscles "from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Stay Active in the Water

Tiffany also manages to stay in shape when she goes on vacation. She loves to swim and snorkel. Not only is it a great aerobic exercise as it burns calories, but other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
