1. She’s Vegan

Watson is open about being a vegan. She tells Closer Online that this lifestyle is easy for her to maintain. She says that she has been able to find vegan options at supermarkets and restaurants. “I’m a vegan, and I find supermarkets stock good options,” she says. Watson also shares some of her favorite vegan recipes on Instagram.

2. She Eats Healthy

Watson broke down her typical diet to Closer Online. She says that she eats pretty healthy each day. “Normally the day starts with coffee, plus avocado and Marmite on rye bread. It’s a weird combo but it works. Lunch will be picky bits, like houmous, carrots, falafel, some vegan chicken for protein, and olives, or I’ll make a beetroot falafel wrap. I end the day with something simple. If I’m feeling lazy, I’ll make a tofu and veg stir-fry, or I’ll make a vegetable pasta dish and have that for a few days.”

One of Watson’s biggest fitness secrets? She actually likes to work out. She tells Femail, “Sometimes there's nothing better you can do to feel happier than work up a bit of a sweat. Like most people, I sometimes dread a session before it begins, but it's so worth it once it begins.”
