She's Vegan
Australia native Louise relocated to Los Angeles, where she transitioned to a full vegan lifestyle, according to her official website. She also became an activist to fight animal abuse in the meat and dairy industry. And she became an investor in Sugar Taco in 2018 to save the world one taco at a time.
She Weight Trains
Louise works out regularly and was spotted doing weight training and other exercises at a gym in Los Angeles. She also demonstrated great form working with resistance bands and hand weights in a video.
She Takes Creatine
Louise takes creatine to optimize her workouts. "Regardless of your goals — improving strength and power, increasing muscle mass, decreasing body fat, or just getting better at the physical activities you love — #creatine will give you the ability to train harder and give you the energy to help you achieve them!" she posted on Instagram. Creatine is especially useful to people on all-plant diets. It can help athletes in training with strength, muscle size and performance, injury prevention, cognition and brain health and bone health, according to the Mayo Clinic.
She Hikes
Louise hikes whenever she travels, as in this Instagram pic from Costa Rica. "Whenever I go on vacation, I ALWAYS pack my @1stphorm gym gear," she posted. "Hiking is probably my most favorite thing to do, not only for fitness but, I also love to explore. 🤜🏼"
She Has Dogs
When she's not working, Louise hangs out with her dogs, Gunther and El Chapo. Owning a dog makes a person more physically active, reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness, calms the nerves and lowers blood pressure and heart rate, according to Harvard University's T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
