Tina identifies as an early bird. “I’m a morning person,” she confessed during an interview with Pure Kana. “I woke up at 5:30.” To start her day she has a cup of coffee and then takes her dogs for a walk. "Up to 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine a day appears to be safe for most healthy adults. That's roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of cola or two 'energy shot' drinks. Keep in mind that the actual caffeine content in beverages varies widely, especially among energy drinks," says the Mayo Clinic.
2. Take a Hike
Tina stays fit in a variety of ways. One of her favorite activities? Hiking. She even spent her birthday weekend on the trails with a few friends, burning calories and having a blast. “The #hiking trails around Oakhurst were absolutely magical,” she captioned this photo from her celebratory outdoor expedition.
3. Hydrate
Tina prioritizes hydration. She drinks lots of water all day long and maintains that a preworkout formula also helps her stay hydrated. “Endura-Formance by @1stphorm 🍇✅ one scoop in 8 ounces of cold water immediately before training, to amplify strength, delay muscle fatigue and increase hydration 💦💪🏼 #iam1stphorm #preworkout,” she captioned a recent post.
4. Eat Plant-Based

Tina avoids all animal products and maintains a plant-based diet. “I’m a vegan,” Tina confessed to Pure Karma. Prior to going vegan six years ago, she was a pescatrian for several years. She even co-owns a vegan restaurant, Sugar Taco, with model Jayde Nicole.
5. Exercise
If you want a body like Tina, you have to work for it. “I do pilates at least twice a week. I also do yoga three times a week. And I hike a lot. At least three times a week,” she told Pure Kana. She also hits the gym doing strength and weight training workouts, like in this video shared to her Instagram account.

Tina, who battles anxiety and panic attacks, maintains that CBD oil products help relieve symptoms. “I’ve been taking CBD for a year and a half now. It helps. It really calms me down,” she told Pure Kana. "To understand the benefits, it’s important to consider our body’s endocannabinoid system, a complex system of enzymes, neurotransmitters and receptors that plays an important role in the development of our central nervous system. This system helps regulate a variety of functions, including pain, motor control, memory, appetite, inflammation and more. By further studying CBD’s effects in these specific areas, we may better understand how CBD impacts a variety of conditions and disorders," says the Cleveland Clinic.
