1. She Is Consistent

Consistency is a key part of Toni’s approach to staying fit. “I’m feeling more ready than ever,” she recently told Muscle & Fitness. “I’ve always trained, I’ve always stayed consistent, but it’s really in the last year that I’ve really started to see myself developing as an athlete. For example, when I was in NXT, you can even see in the footage, I’m not in the greatest physical condition that I ever was, but with moving to America from the UK, huge lifestyle changes, Covid, life just in general can really be harder at times than it is in others, and during my time in NXT I didn’t feel like I was perfect with my training and my nutrition, but really in the last year I’ve been kicking it into gear and taking it up a notch. I’m training the most consistently than I’ve ever been, and I’m starting to see some really good results.”

2. She Quit Drinking Alcohol

No,Alcohol,Sign,Is,On,A,Wooden,Table,In,TheShutterstock

“I’ve made a lot of changes to my life in the past year, especially,”Toni told Muscle & Fitness. She confessed that while on the road “you are not constantly making the best lifestyle choices,” so she had to turn that around. “Sometimes there’s some bad food on the road, maybe some drinks after the shows, and that really caught up with me because I was just constantly on the road for years with no routine, not getting enough sleep. All of those things started to weigh heavy on me but now I don’t drink any alcohol. I’ve noticed an immense difference. My workouts and everything has totally changed.”

3. She Hydrates

Toni also stays hydrated. “I’ve been stocking up on the little cans of sparking water and keeping one of those in my hand as I go,” she said, adding that she also stopped drinking so much coffee. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

4. She Works Out

Toni works out three to four times a week with a personal trainer. She splits up her workouts between leg day, and 1 or 2 upper body days depending on her schedule and goals. Prior to wrestling matches, she also does intense circuit training to work on her cardio, strength, and stamina. When she isn’t at the gym she is walking her dog.

5. She Is Vegan

Toni is a vegan but admits that maintaining an animal product-free diet has its challenges. "In 2016, I signed a contract to wrestle in Japan…," she explained to Train For Her. "To add to the challenges, I lead a vegan lifestyle. Japan is an intense place to be, but it's also one of my favorite countries. It is largely a meat-eating country, so if you don't eat meat, you are tempted by a lot of carbs such as rice. I really love rice, but you do have to limit yourself when eating it all the time. Since many foods contain meat and the ingredients are usually written in Japanese, I stick to safe choices like Tofu, which thankfully they have everywhere."

She’s not only a trailblazer in a male-dominated sport but also a rising influencer in fashion and modeling. Curious about how Toni stays fit and confident? Here’s a look at her wellness secrets.

1. She Works Out

Toni stays in shape with regular gym sessions, sharing her fitness journey with fans. In one post, she kept it simple with a cheeky “Hi,” alongside a photo of herself working out. Strength training is a vital part of her regimen, helping her maintain the endurance and physical fitness needed for high-speed races. Beyond its performance benefits, exercise also boosts her mental health, helping her stay focused under pressure.

2. She Races Cars Obviously

Toni’s career as a NASCAR driver requires incredible physical and mental resilience. Racing demands quick reflexes, core strength, and endurance, making it an intense full-body workout. The G-forces drivers experience in a race simulate some of the toughest conditions, training their bodies to withstand immense pressure while maintaining laser-sharp focus. Racing isn’t just a passion for Toni; it’s a sport that keeps her fit and adrenaline-fueled.

3. She Pushes the Sled

This functional exercise is perfect for athletes like Toni, who need a combination of strength and stamina to excel in their sport.

4. She Walks

While Toni thrives on high-speed action, she also finds calm and clarity in the simplest of exercises: walking. She shared in an interview that walking “eases any anxiety I have,” highlighting its importance as a mental health tool. Larissa Trownson is best known for her appearance on the hit Netflix series, Too Hot To Handle. She’s also a practicing lawyer, and has a strong following on social media. Trownson shares a bunch of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In a recent post, she enjoyed a dip in a pool. Trownson captioned the post, “Sorry can’t talk right now, I’m busy (being an icon).” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Larissa Trownson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

Trownson, as you can tell from her recent post, loves to spend time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape. Trownson shares a lot of other posts on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared these photos of herself in a pool in Turkey, captioning it, “If angels don’t exist, how do u explain me.” Trownson also posted this photo of herself swimming in Vanuatu’s Crystal Blue Lagoon. She captioned the post, “Could stop posting bikini pics but I’m not a quitter.”

2. She Knew When To Walk Away

Trownson opened up about her decision to leave Too Hot To Handle in an interview with MailOnline. “I kind of had a moment of reflection,” she says. “And with Nathan falling apart I kind of realised that I learned a lot about myself and what I want, what I’m feeling with someone and my emotions and what I need. So, I felt like I learned a lot and my journey had ended, there was nothing else I was going to learn at that point.”

3. She’s Honest

Trownson is open about having plastic surgery done. She explained why she is so honest about this in particular in an interview with Daily Mail Australia. “I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women. So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it.”

4. She Wants To Be An Inspiration

Trownson balances both life as a reality star and a lawyer. In an interview with Daily Mail, Trownson opened up about wanting to break stereotypes people might have of her and other women like her. “That's part of the reason why I went on Too Hot to Handle, I want to show people, I can look the way I do and have a successful job. Long term, I want to be able to break the stereotype that I can be a lawyer and look this way.”

5. She Takes Pole Dance Lessons

Trownson revealed in this Instagram post that she is taking pole dance lessons. LifeHack.org reports that this has a lot of health benefits. “Most people in the modern world could stand to lose about 10 pounds of fat, so any form of exercise is welcome. However, pole dancing taxes the muscles in the entire body and you are always moving – making it a great isometric and cardiovascular exercise wrapped into one. You can burn as many calories in a 30-minute session as you would doing aerobics and calisthenics, and this will lead to significant weight loss over several months.”

1. She’s More Open

Below Deck Season 10 Launch PartyMike Marsland/Getty Images

Storm opened up about her career to Clash Music. She says that she took a lot of lessons from the pandemic. Storm says that she has shifted how she approaches life. “When it first started, I was very grateful for that minute of peace like everyone was, but when it hit that one year mark it was like ‘Wow, this is really our life now!’ I had felt a shift, I have definitely grown up throughout this time and I have been looking at life so differently. I’m 22 now, no matter what area of life it is, I’m thinking ‘Just do it!’ or ‘Say yes!’ – that’s my new mantra now, no matter what it is do it! Whereas before I might have questioned it, but if I feel it in my gut then I know it’s the right thing to do.”

2. She’s Motivated

"The Menu" UK Premiere - ArrivalsStuart C. Wilson/Getty Images

When Storm was 13, she was discovered and mentored by Elton John. She tells Clash Music that this experience has given her a lot of motivation and to work hard. “I was so young and saw the world with such big eyes, and because of this one event it changed my perspective on everything. I have not stopped since then. I am very ambitious, and I keep fighting for my ‘breakthrough’ and if I hadn’t of had that experience my journey would have been very different. Whereas, because I saw how hard Elton was working, even when we were at the concert and he took us backstage, and he met my whole family; when you see it through the lens of someone that incredible, you just want to do them proud!”

3. She’s A Feminist

Raised,Purple,Fist,Of,A,Woman,For,International,Women's,DayShutterstock

In her Clash Music interview, Storm talked about feminism and International Women’s Day. “I see everyone talking now, especially because it’s just been International Women’s Day about ‘Don’t let them dim your sparkle,’ and Beyoncé has never let anyone do that! When I first started and I had my big outfits and big hair, people would always say ‘that’s too much’, ‘you’re too ambitious,’ or ‘you’re too involved in the process’ – I’m too nothing! We didn’t say that when Ed Sheeran was on stage doing his thing! I think we are entering that time now; more people are letting the girls fulfil their role, but it has taken time to do that.”

4. She Ignores The Haters

In her Clash Music interview, Storm opened up about how she handles criticism. She says that she ignores most of the haters. “Don’t look backwards and only look forwards! Everyone is going to have something to say, they’re going to gossip and laugh – the reality is, it will always come down to jealousy, because they don’t like the fact that you have the confidence to do what they wish they were doing. It’s really hard and it’s a long road, but the number one thing to do is to keep going – just do it!”

5. She Feels Less Pressure

In an interview on the Secure the Insecure podcast, Storm opened up about her new relationship. She says that she feels less pressure to put on a public persona when she began dating her boyfriend. “I think for the first time, I really just stopped and was so content, like I was just genuinely happiest that'd ever been. Like there was no agenda. I didn't care about an Instagram photo or like, I didn't even care about looking on my phone when I was with him. It was just this stillness and this calmness of like, ‘God, this is what life's all about.’”

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
