Track and Field Star Molly Caudery in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Very, Very Proud"

Caudery prioritizes her wellness by following healthy habits.

Pole vaulter Molly Caudery is a British athlete with various medals and championships under her belt. "Very very proud to have finished the season with 4.80 at the Diamond League Final💎The last 5 weeks have been some of the hardest, but to get back over 4.80 means so much !! Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey so far… stay tuned for 2025✨🦋," she said on Instagram. Here's what she does to stay feeling and looking her best.

She bounces back

She powers through tough times and bounces back. "During my pole vault session after the Olympic qualification I tore my calf which put me out of training and competitions for the last 5 weeks. I've been doing everything I can to rehab, get fit and get back out there to finish the season🦋," she said on Instagram.

She follows her dreams

She sets goals and follows her dreams. "To the little girl with big dreams… you did it🥺 Officially selected for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games✨It's been a long journey, thank you to every single person who has helped me get to this position. I can't wait to see what happens next ❤️❤️❤️," she said on Instagram.

She has support

The Olympian knows that a big part of her success is because of the amount of support she gets from her loved ones, encouraging her to make it big. "Bigs smiles… a huge thank you to my support team and everyone there yesterday, it was magical," she said on Instagram.

She does yoga

On an Instagram video of her flowing through yoga poses on the beach, Molly shows how she prioritizes yoga and her mental health. "Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga," according to Johns Hopkins Medicine .

She's proud

She makes it a point to celebrate milestones when she accomplishes important goals. "Very excited to be selected for the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow!! Can't wait to jump in front of another home crowd for more support like this ✨✨," she said on Instagram.
