While the pandemic might have made it difficult for some people to exercise, Choudhury told Indulge Express that she did a lot of at-home exercising during lockdowns. "The lockdown has helped me shed a lot of weight. I am walking and running a lot and also playing a lot of basketball, which is keeping me fit."
She Limits Her Sugar Intake
When it comes to her diet, Choudhury tells Indulge Express that she eats pretty healthy, specifically, she limits how much sugar she eats. "More than a balanced diet, I believe in not consuming certain things. Sugar is the culprit in everyone's diet and I control the additional intake of sugar."
She Practices Intermittent Fasting
Choudhury tells Indulge Express that she practices the popular trend of intermittent fasting a couple times a week. "Also, for four days a week, I follow the intermittent diet where I skip breakfast and have brunch and then early dinner."
She Has A Pre-Job Ritual
Choudhury tries to always live a healthy lifestyle, especially before she has an important job or a big shoot the next day. She tells the Indulge Express, "It's a very good night's sleep actually and I do not consume alcohol or sugar the night before a very important video shoot. In video shoots, you cannot afford to look puffy or tired."
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Choudhury has incredible skin, and she makes sure to take good care of it. She told Indulge Express that the pandemic allowed her to take better care of her skin, and listed a few of her favorite products to the publication. "I use Advanced Night Repair Serum from Estee Lauder and La Shield's SPF 40 sunscreen. I take a lot of vitamin supplements and use jade massage rollers on my skin for proper circulation."
