Tridha Choudhury, star of Bandish Bandits, is no stranger to posting swimsuit photos on Instagram. She just posted a stunning new reel of herself on vacation. In it, she posed in different beachy outfits. She wore a yellow bathing suit, a brown patterned one-piece, and a white cover up with blue spots. 1. She Used The Pandemic To Help With Her Skincare

For most people, the pandemic was stressful, but Choudhury used it to get things back on track. She tells Indulge Express that she used the time to help with her skin. “2020 has restored my skin that had undergone a lot of damage in 2019 due to the hectic schedule I had. I was shooting simultaneously for about three-four projects and that took a toll on my skin. So, 2020, gave me ample time to undo the damage. I use Advanced Night Repair Serum from Estee Lauder and La Shield’s SPF 40 sunscreen.”

2. She Uses Skin Tools

Choudhury uses different products to help with her skin. She revealed some of her favorites to Indulge Express. “I take a lot of vitamin supplements and use jade massage rollers on my skin for proper circulation.”

3. She Carries Skin Products With Her

Choudhury always keeps skincare products on hand. She tells Indulge Express that she always has certain products in her bag. “It’ll definitely be wet wipes, and I love face mists. When I travel overseas, I pick up Evian Spring Thermal Water in bulk. There’s also a small compact mirror from Dior in my bag.”

4. She Intermittent Fasts

Choudhury likes to intermittent fast to help herself stay in shape. She tells Indulge Express that she does this a couple of times a week. “For four days a week, I follow the intermittent diet,” she says. “I skip breakfast and have brunch and then early dinner.”

5. She Swims

Choudhury loves to spend time in the water. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach or in the pool. She posted this photo of herself in the pool, captioning it, “Just another happy day.” She also posted this photo from the same day, captioning it, “This song is a whole new mood.”
