Trish Stratus, the pro wrestling legend, is celebrating the warmer weather in Toronto. Stratus has broken out her bathing suit, and made sure to get some photos for Instagram. In it, she wore a black number and a black sun hat with gold rope. She captioned the post, “It’s hot. Record setting temps here today. 35C/95F. Stay cool Toronto, stay cool.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Trish Stratus stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Yoga

Stratus loves yoga as a way to stay in shape. She even has her own yoga workout. When Best Health asked her what her favorite workout is, Stratus answered, “My Stratusphere Yoga workout. It’s strength training incorporated into a yoga flow. You get the best of both worlds.” "I believe if everyone practiced the techniques of yoga, we would have a preventive aid to a lot of our problems," says Sat Bir Khalsa, PhD, a neuroscientist and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women's Hospital to the APA. "There would likely be less obesity and Type-II diabetes, and people would be less aggressive, more content and more integrated."

2. She Eats Healthy

Being a professional athlete, Stratus has to have a healthy diet. She broke down what she eats in an interview with Real Style. She says that she usually eats organic food. “We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (as in we don’t drink cow’s milk, but we are okay to an ice cream cone once in a while!).”

3. She Loves Working Out In New Places

In her Best Health interview, Stratus was asked about her favorite ways to workout. One thing she was asked was if she likes to workout outside or inside. Stratus answered that she likes both, since it leads to more variety for her fitness routine. “New surroundings mean new workout challenges,” she explained.

4. She Has Cheat Days Once In A While

While Stratus eats healthy, she also isn’t afraid to indulge. She tells Real Style that she will have a cheat day once in a while, since she usually eats pretty healthy. “Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out.”

5. She’s Committed

Stratus has a high level of commitment to her fitness. She tells 411mania.com about her fitness process. “It’s amazing what you can do with diet and exercise and commitment and dedication. That’s what I did. I ate, slept and trained for three months, while bartending, working a day job.”

Professional wrestling star Trish Stratus is showing off the impressive fitness results of her intense training routine. Stratus, 48, shared a picture of herself posing in front of a mirror, pulling her workout top up to reveal enviable abdominal muscles. “Happy sABturday!” she captioned the post. Stratus has been competing for decades, and is also a certified fitness and yoga instructor—here’s how the star says fit, healthy, and ready to fight.

1. Devoted Yogi

Stratus first tried hot yoga after getting a herniated disc in her back. “I walked into my first class and it sounds cliché, but even after that first session I knew this was going to be something I would stick with,” she told The Globe and Mail. “I did it every single day for three months. I reversed the damage and was able to go back to my career. I kept up the yoga as well and all of a sudden all of the stress and the physical ailments that used to get to me were gone. My life was still crazy, but I was just so much more capable of dealing with it. I think taking that time every day to disconnect is so important for having perspective. It has made me a better and happier person, no question.”

2. Food Journal and Diary

Diary,Of,Food,Eaten,Throughout,The,Day,When,On,AShutterstock

Stratus keeps a food journal to track her diet, and uses it to log significant events as well. “It's not like I don't know what I need to eat to stay healthy and maintain myself, but for some reason there is value in taking the time to write it down,” she told The Globe and Mail. “I guess it brings a sense of awareness and mindfulness in terms of what you're putting into your body. I see it as a way of checking in with myself as much as controlling my diet. And these days I tend to write about things outside of what I'm eating. If something great happens, like my son Max walks, I'll write that in my food journal. For a while I tried to keep a diary. That never worked, so now I guess my food journal is sort of a diary.”

3. Fitness Instructor

Stratus teaches yoga, which she says is perfect for both men and women. “By adding the strength training element to the yoga, you really can get a full body workout because not only are you making your body more flexible, but you are toning and strengthening,” she told Today’s Bride. “It is great to finally answer the question I always get at my yoga studio, which is ‘is yoga even a workout’. Yes – it is! For guys, they can relate to this yoga workout because they recognize and can appreciate the results that can be obtained from the calisthenics included in the DVD, like pushups, squats, lunges, etc. What I see a lot of guys doing is using this system as a complement to their regular gym workouts or using a yoga session for an active rest day.”

4. Playing a Character

Stratus believes it’s very important for wrestlers to play characters authentic to their real personalities. “Pro wrestling is entertainment as much as anything else, so having the personality and being able to play this blown-up version of yourself is an important skill,” she told The Globe and Mail. “Sometimes the writers will create characters that are just totally different from the wrestlers themselves, but the best ones – the ones that have longevity and resonate most with the audience – are almost always when it's an amped-up version of the actual personality. Like Stone Cold Steve Austin – that is who he is. The Rock, if you meet him, that is the guy. It's way over the top, but it's him.”

5. She’s Still Got It

Stratus is proud of her achievements both in and out of the ring. “I’ve done stuff that I would’ve never imagined,” she told Vibe. “If 2006 Trish Stratus said ‘One day you’ll be in a ladder match. One day you’ll be in a cage match,’ [I’d be] like, ‘What? You’re crazy.’ So to be able to come back and do these unique opportunities, which, I think, [if] we look back, the foundation that [Lita] and I, Molly Holly, Jazz, Victoria, [doing] the stuff that we did, the intention was because one day we can do everything and contribute fully like the guys do.”

Canadian wrestling star Trish Stratus is proving once again that when it comes to fitness, age is irrelevant. Stratus, 47, shared a stunning picture of herself posing in black bikini and purple coverup, her incredible abs on full display. “Next Miss💰in the 🏦 #MITB,” she captioned the post. “Still the hottest woman in the history of WWE,” a fan commented. 1. Gut-Friendly Breakfast

Stratus enjoys healthy, gut-friendly foods for breakfast. “We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (as in we don’t drink cow’s milk, but we are okay to an ice cream cone once in a while!),” she says. “Breakfasts are usually any of the following: eggs, sprouted bread, nut butters, oatmeal, and non-dairy yogurt.”

2. Keep a Food Journal

Stratus’ advice for anyone wanting to stay on top of their diet is to keep a nutrition journal. “It’s a great way to help you realize what’s working in your diet and it keeps you accountable,” she says. “It’s the one tool that I always recommend to people who are looking to start making changes in their eating habits. I’ve used one consistently for more than 10 years, starting back in my fitness days. Recording everything will give you the best chance to get fit and eat more nuTRISHionally — pun intended!”

3. Protein and Grains

Ready,Healthy,Food,Catering,Menu,In,Lunch,Boxes,Fish,AndShutterstock

Stratus enjoys protein, grains, and vegetables for lunch and dinner. “Lunches and dinners include lean proteins like chicken, grass-fed beef and fish – we usually eat fish 2-3 times a week, quinoa is the favorite grain around here and lots of veggies,” she says. “Some of my staples for snacks are vegan protein powder, hemp seeds, all nuts and fruit and we use coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and avocado oil to cook our food. Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out.”

4. Working Out Through Pregnancy

Stratus worked out throughout her pregnancy and highly recommends it. “I cannot stress enough the importance of eating well and exercising throughout your pregnancy,” she says. “You have total control to create an environment that is nourishing for your baby. Be as educated as you can about the whole process. It helps when you know what to expect and it will allow you to cope with all of it better.”

5. Yoga Sessions

When Stratus is not training for the ring, she enjoys regular yoga sessions. “I have a 20 minute yoga routine which is derived from the style of yoga I designed (Stratusphere Yoga), which has calisthenics and strength moves incorporated into a yoga flow, so you get the best of both worlds,” she says. “I do this every day – I like it as a way to set my intention with my meditation and also if I don’t get a run or outside training session in, I’m still covered.”

Trish Stratus is “ready to rumble” – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the WWE icon shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while posing in a bathing suit. “Tanned and toned 💪🏼 Ready for the Next Round @cangottalent … let’s go,” she captioned the Instagram snap, adding “We back,” and driving her followers wild. “Breaking the internet Mrs Stratus,” commented one. “Sexiest woman on the planet,” added another. How does the fighter maintain her impressive physique? Celebwell rounded up her top health habits.

1. Organic, Unprocessed Foods

Trish detailed her diet to Real Style. “We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (as in we don’t drink cow’s milk, but we are okay to an ice cream cone once in a while!),” she said. “Breakfasts are usually any of the following: eggs, sprouted break, nut butters, oatmeal, and non-dairy yogurt. Lunches and dinners include lean proteins like chicken, grass-fed beef and fish – we usually eat fish 2-3 times a week, quinoa is the favourite grain around here and lots of veggies. Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out.”

2. Hard Work

Trish works hard for her body. “I built my body the same way I built the women’s division - with hard work, persistence and strength. If only you knew the strength we needed to draw on back then. It’s what built the unbreakable mould,” she explained to her followers in an Instagram post.

3. Stratusphere Living Cleanse

WrestleMania 39

Trish loves doing cleanses – but not the liquid kind. On her website she shared details about her Stratusphere Living Cleanse, which help “give your guts a break,” and “clean out your system.” The cleanse takes 48-72 hours and involves eating only fresh, natural, whole foods. “For 2 days when you make your food choices, just think is this food in it's natural form - in other words, you should be able to recognize all the ingredients on the label,” she says. “As this is a cleanse, you will be having mostly shakes, salads, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables – all foods that your body can easily process.”

4. Yoga

When she retired from the ring in 2006, Trish continued to study yoga and went on to get her certification in the Ashtanga discipline. “In 2008, I opened my own studio (Stratusphere) so I could provide a platform for people to find some balance in their life. I found that if I disconnected for even an hour a day — the way yoga allows me to — I can approach anything head on. I wanted to be able to let people discover that,” she told Chatelaine. “Yoga and wrestling are obviously very different, but having both in my life offered a sort of yin and yang effect. One practice helped me appreciate the other; yoga allowed me to be a better wrestler and a better performer. Believe me, my body definitely appreciated my yoga class after coming off the road from a wrestling tour.”

5. Nutrition Journal

Trish also recommends keeping a nutrition journal. “It’s a great way to help you realize what’s working in your diet and it keeps you accountable. It’s the one tool that I always recommend to people who are looking to start making changes in their eating habits. I’ve used one consistently for more than 10 years, starting back in my fitness days. Recording everything will give you the best chance to get fit and eat more nuTRISHionally — pun intended!” she says.

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
