Trish Stratus, the pro wrestling legend, is celebrating the warmer weather in Toronto. Stratus has broken out her bathing suit, and made sure to get some photos for Instagram. In it, she wore a black number and a black sun hat with gold rope. She captioned the post, “It’s hot. Record setting temps here today. 35C/95F. 1. She Loves Yoga
Stratus loves yoga as a way to stay in shape. She even has her own yoga workout. When Best Health asked her what her favorite workout is, Stratus answered, “My Stratusphere Yoga workout. It’s strength training incorporated into a yoga flow. You get the best of both worlds.” "I believe if everyone practiced the techniques of yoga, we would have a preventive aid to a lot of our problems," says Sat Bir Khalsa, PhD, a neuroscientist and professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women's Hospital to the APA. "There would likely be less obesity and Type-II diabetes, and people would be less aggressive, more content and more integrated."
2. She Eats Healthy

Being a professional athlete, Stratus has to have a healthy diet. She broke down what she eats in an interview with Real Style. She says that she usually eats organic food. “We eat mostly organic, unprocessed foods and we don’t have dairy on the regular (as in we don’t drink cow’s milk, but we are okay to an ice cream cone once in a while!).”
3. She Loves Working Out In New Places
In her Best Health interview, Stratus was asked about her favorite ways to workout. One thing she was asked was if she likes to workout outside or inside. Stratus answered that she likes both, since it leads to more variety for her fitness routine. “New surroundings mean new workout challenges,” she explained.
4. She Has Cheat Days Once In A While

While Stratus eats healthy, she also isn’t afraid to indulge. She tells Real Style that she will have a cheat day once in a while, since she usually eats pretty healthy. “Pretty simple, and clean and that allows us to have a cheat here and there with NO guilt! We look forward to our pizza nights and burger nights out.”
5. She’s Committed

Stratus has a high level of commitment to her fitness. She tells 411mania.com about her fitness process. “It’s amazing what you can do with diet and exercise and commitment and dedication. That’s what I did. I ate, slept and trained for three months, while bartending, working a day job.”
