N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos says she has “eyes in the back of my head,” thanks to a new tattoo of a wolf on the back of her neck. The British singer shared a reel of herself posing in a yellow bathing suit, showing off the new ink. “The Lone Wolf,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Tulisa stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Boxing Workouts

Tulisa loves boxing and martial arts workouts. "I'd say the number-one thing that sets boxing apart from other workouts is the degree of stress relief. It's unlike any other workout," says professional boxer Arnold Gonzalez. "Boxing builds confidence and discipline at another level."

2. Meditation and Juicing

Tulisa is happy being “boring”. "Honestly, you could go as far as to say I have a boring edge,” she says. “Don't get me wrong, if I'm having fun I'm going to have fun. But I need a lot of quiet time. I've started meditation, I even train in Kung Fu, I'm into my juicing, my healthy eating - my whole lifestyle has taken a massive turn.”

3. Lifestyle Overhaul

Tulisa shared her everyday workout on Instagram, highlighting how different her life is now from the old partying days. “This is probably the healthiest I’ve ever been on tour,” she says. “10 years ago I didn’t step on stage without a double JD. I’d be out partying with the boys & sleeping all day. Now I start each day with a fresh veg & fruit juice and an hour & a half gym sesh. Yoga, meditation, clean healthy eating, staying hydrated & no alcohol whatsoever & I have been teetotal for 2 months running up to it to make sure I’m on top form. I feel the best I’ve ever felt.”

4. Healthy Options

PrettyLittleThing x Karl Kani - ArrivalsDavid Livingston/Getty Images

Tulisa understands what works for her—and restriction is not on the menu. "Now I've really benefited from a healthier lifestyle and understanding it's not that I can't eat what I want,” she says. “There are healthier options for everything. Even though I say no carbs in the week, I have carbs but instead of having chips or rice, I have bulgur wheat and sweet potato. It's about finding healthy alternatives."

5. Dancing and Performing

Tulisa dances on stage for every performance, which is a full-on workout just in itself. “Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different parts of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain,” says the British Heart Foundation. “One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia. The research, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, followed 469 people aged 75 and over, who didn’t have dementia at the start of the study. The researchers measured the association between leisure and physical activities and the likelihood of developing dementia over time. They found that dancing was the only physical activity associated with a lower risk of dementia.”

Larissa Trownson is best known for her appearance on the hit Netflix series, Too Hot To Handle. She’s also a practicing lawyer, and has a strong following on social media. Trownson shares a bunch of gorgeous photos on Instagram. In a recent post, she enjoyed a dip in a pool. Trownson captioned the post, “Sorry can’t talk right now, I’m busy (being an icon).” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Larissa Trownson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

Trownson, as you can tell from her recent post, loves to spend time in the water. She likes to swim to keep herself in shape. Trownson shares a lot of other posts on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared these photos of herself in a pool in Turkey, captioning it, “If angels don’t exist, how do u explain me.” Trownson also posted this photo of herself swimming in Vanuatu’s Crystal Blue Lagoon. She captioned the post, “Could stop posting bikini pics but I’m not a quitter.”

2. She Knew When To Walk Away

Trownson opened up about her decision to leave Too Hot To Handle in an interview with MailOnline. “I kind of had a moment of reflection,” she says. “And with Nathan falling apart I kind of realised that I learned a lot about myself and what I want, what I’m feeling with someone and my emotions and what I need. So, I felt like I learned a lot and my journey had ended, there was nothing else I was going to learn at that point.”

3. She’s Honest

Trownson is open about having plastic surgery done. She explained why she is so honest about this in particular in an interview with Daily Mail Australia. “I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women. So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it.”

4. She Wants To Be An Inspiration

Trownson balances both life as a reality star and a lawyer. In an interview with Daily Mail, Trownson opened up about wanting to break stereotypes people might have of her and other women like her. “That's part of the reason why I went on Too Hot to Handle, I want to show people, I can look the way I do and have a successful job. Long term, I want to be able to break the stereotype that I can be a lawyer and look this way.”

5. She Takes Pole Dance Lessons

Trownson revealed in this Instagram post that she is taking pole dance lessons. LifeHack.org reports that this has a lot of health benefits. “Most people in the modern world could stand to lose about 10 pounds of fat, so any form of exercise is welcome. However, pole dancing taxes the muscles in the entire body and you are always moving – making it a great isometric and cardiovascular exercise wrapped into one. You can burn as many calories in a 30-minute session as you would doing aerobics and calisthenics, and this will lead to significant weight loss over several months.”

Sometimes I work out at my house. I’ll do some lunges, something simple like that. Otherwise I’ll go to the gym. Nina Dobrev, star of the Netflix hit Love Hard, was with boyfriend Shaun White at the Olympic games, cheering on the legend—but on social media, she was underwater, swimming with sharks. Dobrev was just one of many celebs who shared photos of themselves from tropical locales—in her case, on a tour with One Ocean Diving, in a throwback photo. We also spotted Ashanti in paradise, Dua Lipa and Chantel Jeffries in Miami, and many more. How do they all stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see all the ways these celebrities stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Nina Dobrev

nina-dobrev-1Nina Dobrev/Instagram

When it comes to her diet, Dobrev says that she has changed her outlook on eating in recent years. “I used to eat three full meals and then I would not be able to move after each meal,” she told Shape. “I would be so full and tired. Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what’s important for me—I’m eating more in total but not more at a time.” "A portion is the amount of food you put on your plate, while a serving is an exact amount of food. To get a better handle on what you're eating, you could carry around measuring cups. Or you could use everyday objects as reminders of appropriate serving sizes, which is what the Mayo Clinic Diet recommends," says the Mayo Clinic. "Many foods match up to everyday objects. For example, a medium pepper is about the size of a baseball and equals one vegetable serving. While not all foods match visual cues, this method can help you become better at gauging serving sizes and practicing portion control."

2. Ananya Panday

Actress Ananya Panday wore a tight yellow dress to advertise her latest film, Gehraiyaan, on Amazon Prime video on Instagram—and also shared a trailer from the movie. In addition to being an actress, Panday has also launched her own fitness program. She posted this Instagram video of herself doing some of her favorite exercises, and wrote in the caption, “I have SO many workouts for exercising at home with no equipment or at the gym, and they are going to make working out together so much fun!”

3. Luisa Collins

Luisa Collins enjoyed a drink in a jacuzzi this week, and she broke out her leopard print swimsuit to do so. When it comes to losing weight, Collins told the Daily Star that she likes to take supplements to prevent her from snacking too much. “When I take a Forza Raspberry Ketone in the morning and afternoon, my snacking habits are being curbed. They are like willpower in pill form. I feel more energized and taking the capsules has not really affected my lifestyle at all.”

4. Ashanti

Singer Ashanti wore a floral bikini and posed poolside on Instagram this week. In 2019, while promoting her film Stuck, she revealed to People that she made a lot of changes to her diet. “I cut out a lot of meat,” she said. “I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what’s in your food, the GMO’s and the chemicals, and I’m super aware of this stuff.”

5. Brooke Burke

Brooke Burke advertised her workout program on Instagram this week, and she posted several stunning photos, showing off her toned body. The program Burke is advertising is designed to target your entire body, specifically your abs, legs, and butt. Burke posted a reel of herself doing her workout with some of her friends, captioning it, “Move, sweat, change.”

6. Dua Lipa

Singer Dua Lipa took a trip to Miami this week with her friends, model Sarah Lysander, and talent manager Bashir Arab-Sanchez. She posted several stunning poolside photos on her Instagram story. Lipa is also kicking off her “Future Nostalgia” tour, but she says that she still makes time to workout while she’s on the road and traveling. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she told The Urban List. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

7. Chantel Jeffries

Model and DJ Chantel Jeffries posted this bikini photo of herself and her friend, Cindy Kimberly, as they lounged on a pool chair. In a video for Pretty Little Thing, Jeffries revealed that she switches up her workouts to keep herself interested. “I like to hike, I like to skate, swimming, so that’s something to keep me motivated,” she said.

8. Sommer Ray

Fitness influencer Sommer Ray posted a gorgeous photo on Instagram of herself in a red bikini. Ray tells Life&Style magazine that she believes a healthy diet is the most important part of losing weight and staying in shape. "Diet is key. Diet plays a huge role in fitness. A lot of people go to the gym, work out really hard, then don't follow up with a good lifestyle. You can't expect a flower to grow without any water. Work out, but also take care of yourself.” Ray even has her own app where people can put in what they eat each day, and it will calculate the food’s nutritional value.

9. Teddi Mellencamp

After spending time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Mellencamp revealed on Instagram that she had gained some weight and had slipped up on her diet. However, now that she’s home, Mellencamp says that she is making a healthy diet and lifestyle a main priority, but is not doing so to lose the weight she gained. “IT’S NOT ABOUT A NUMBER ON THE SCALE BUT HOW I FEEL WHEN I AM EATING CLEAN AND TAKING CARE OF MY BODY AND MIND - MY ANXIETY DECREASES,” she wrote. “TODAY I AM POSTING TO HOLD MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE TO MAKING MY OVERALL HEALTH A PRIORITY AGAIN. *even those of us who are “fitness influencers” go through different stages in our journeys.”

10. Alessandra Ambrosio

alessandra-ambrosio-1Alessandra Ambrosio/Instagram

Despite being a swimsuit model, Ambrosio tells Elle that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. She says that she prioritizes a balanced diet rather than a restrictive one. “Obviously I try not to splurge on pasta, but if I'm back in Brazil where everything is pasta- or bread-based—and so yummy—I'll eat whatever I want, then go back to lots of salads and chicken or fish with veg as soon as I'm back in L.A."

11. Eugenie Bouchard

Tennis star Eugenie Bouchard enjoyed a trip to Miami this week, and one of the things she did while she was there was spend time on a boat. The main way Bouchard stays in shape is by playing tennis, however, she does do other exercises to stay healthy. Bouchard suffered a shoulder injury, and is doing exercises to help rehab it. She posted this reel on Instagram of herself doing a hydrotherapy session, and also posted this reel of herself doing arm workouts.

While you were unwrapping presents, many celebrities were packing their suitcases, off to far-flung and sunny locales for the holiday break—and they made sure to bring their swimwear. How did Nicole Scherzinger, Dua Lipa, Katharine McPhee, Sarah Michelle Gellar and many more spend their time—and how to they stay so fit? Read on to see 10 stars who have stayed in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger is always looking fit in her photos. And her boyfriend Thom Evans “is always there for the vibe checks,” she captioned one post near Christmas. In it, she and her partner are on the beach in bathing suits, dancing to the throbbing tune of MizOrMac’s Bites The Dust. Her wellness advice: "Not been feeling the greatest lately, so got outta my head and sweat it out…. No one is gonna do it for you. So DO YOU and DO IT FOR YOU. Stay strong family, find the good light and keep shining.”

2. Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa posted a series of swimsuit selfies from the beach, captioning them "see ya in 2022". Earlier this week, she posted more swimsuit photos, “living on island time.” She works out first thing in the morning and tries to remain authentic to herself. "Being a female pop artist, you have to spend a lot of time proving yourself. People think I’m just this ‘industry thing’ but every song I’ve written is real, authentic and mine,” she told Refinery29.

3. Savannah Guthrie

In honor of Guthrie’s 50th birthday, colleague Al Roker posted a photo of the two in the pool together. “I am so thrilled my dear friend @savannahguthrie is now halfway to a #smuckersjar I can’t wait to see what the next 50 bring!! #happybirthday Savvie G!!” he wrote. “I’ve never once felt good about how I looked on the outside,” she told Health for its May cover in 2019. “I think all of us women spend so much time not feeling like we measure up. And what a waste of energy. I’m not there yet, but that’s my goal.”

4. Katharine McPhee

McPhee made headlines this week twice—once when her husband, David Foster, posted a swimsuit picture of her with the caption “what baby”—a reference to her fit postpartum body—and then later when she clapped back at haters of his image and caption. She said: “ok the press around my husbands photo he posted of me is so dumb… so I hope this photo helps lol. I’m sorry but we are not sorry. And for all of you who can’t deal with it maybe this helps. I’ve struggled with weight my whole 20s and 30. I’ve gone up and down 10 times over. Does that make you feel better? There is nothing wrong with that -most people do. I lost this baby weight without dieting. Zero. Diets are the worst and I’ve had zero pressure from anyone. I’ve let me body do its thing and found a great workout. That’s it. And guess what? I’ll probably gain weight again at some point too. Who cares? BUT people freaking out about what my husband captioned seriously get a life... Stop being so offended by what people post who have zero impact on your life and move on. Maybe you should have more of an attitude of like, let’s say… “oh that’s nice he thinks his wife is hot.” I cannot with this overly sensitive society right now. But as Taylor Swift said haters gonna hate. byyeeee”

5. Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union seemed to be on an endless vacation in paradise, posting multiple images in swimsuits. “In addition to doing 15 to 20 minutes of cardio daily, Union credits her toned body to a regular combination of strength training and Pilates,” says Marie Claire. "I'm not a morning person, but I have to work out early because of my schedule.”

6. Catherine Zeta-Jones

“Sun’s out,” Zeta-Jones captioned a photo of herself in a bathing suit. How does she stay fit? “We’re big on family meals ... we stop and we sit down and we have lunch,” she once said. "Something light that doesn't weigh me down too much." Such as: "A spinach-arugula mix of leaves, pine nuts, tomatoes…I sometimes put a little blue cheese…I like to throw some dried cranberries in," she says.

7. Sarah Michelle Gellar

Sarah Michelle Gellar posted a few swimsuit photos this week, and why not; she looks fantastic at age 44, and she had “vacation mode activated.” “Sometimes, I’m so tired at the end of the day I just want to go to bed, but I have to take time for myself to take a bath, read a book, or catch up with my friends so I don’t lose myself in the minutiae of the day,” she tells Bustle. In the morning: “Coffee. Sometimes a little Stevia and that’s it. It makes up for my daughter. She orders those ridiculous Starbucks secret menu things and I’m, like, mortified. I’ll just take my iced coffee. I pretend I don’t know her at Starbucks.”

8. Molly Sims

The model frequently posts photos looking great in swimwear, and this week was no exception. She stays lean by keeping it green: "I'll do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus, sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch," she tells Women’s Health. "I love a hearty salad."

9. Emma Hernan

Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan celebrated her birthday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She stays healthy by eating right, and launched her own vegan food company. “For many Americans, meals center around the meat. After all the Department of Agriculture reports that 222 pounds of meat are sold per person per year in the U.S. But when researchers asked nearly 70,000 volunteers about their diets, then tracked them over time, they found lower cancer rates among people who didn't eat meat at all,” reports the Mayo Clinic. “In fact, vegans — those who don't eat any animal products including fish, dairy or eggs — appeared to have the lowest rates of cancer of any diet. Next in line were vegetarians, who avoid meat but may eat fish or foods that come from animals, such as milk or eggs.”

10. Helena Christensen

The supermodel looked great in a bathing suit. Her secret? "Sprint, don't run, because that immediately sparks your metabolism and stuns your body by engaging your muscle groups in a very explosive way," she told Bazaar. "I can't run for 40 minutes at the same pace, listening to music. I will do 20 minutes and then I'm dying. I don't do the long, methodical routines of swimming 40 laps either. I want to be in the ocean fighting waves, not being in the pool staring at the clock and only seven minutes has passed when I'm already exhausted."

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."
