1. She Ignores The Haters
Javed is in the public eye. While this can be a good thing, this also means that she’s had to deal with a lot of criticism on social media. Javed has been trolled for her posts and outfits in the past, but luckily, she says that she’s learned to ignore it. She captioned this Instagram post, “Why to care about who likes you or not. They don’t even like themselves!"
2. She’s True To Herself
Javed is all about being authentic and staying true to herself. Especially when it comes to her fashion and outfit choices. She tells Women Fitness, “I would describe my fashion as unique and different. I just do what suits me. If I look at myself in the mirror and feel good about it, that’s it. That is what matters the most.”
3. She Doesn’t Put Too Much Thought Into Her Diet
When it comes to her diet, Javed tells Women Fitness that she doesn’t stress about it or overthink it. She says that she focuses on eating healthy, and eating foods she loves. “I don’t follow any specific special diet but I eat home-cooked and healthy food. I am not a very diet-conscious person. I eat what I want. My favorite cuisine has to be none other than Indian cuisine. I just love eating South Indian, Rajasthani, Bengali, etc dishes.”
4. She Keeps Her Workouts Simple
When it comes to working out, Javed says that she takes the same approach as she does to her diet. That means she doesn’t think too much about it, and keeps it simple. She says to Women Fitness, “My routine includes basic cardio sessions. I don’t have any hardcore workout routine but I do take care of my eating habits which help me stay fit.”
5. She Doesn’t Fall Into Unhealthy Eating Habits
In this Instagram post, Javed revealed that she used to obsess over her body and weight. She says that she used to put herself on restrictive diets and unhealthy life patterns. Luckily, Javed says that she is now no longer doing that, and is instead focusing on accepting herself. "I'm fitter, I feel better so I don't care if people comment about my stomach or my weight."
