She Spends Time Outside

Javed loves to spend time in the sun. She posts several outdoor photos and videos on Instagram. In this reel, Javed is seen walking through the trees by a pool, and even picks a blossom. Spending time outside has a lot of benefits.  According to this study in the National Library of Medicine, "The best-known benefit of sunlight is its ability to boost the body's vitamin D supply; most cases of vitamin D deficiency are due to lack of outdoor sun exposure."

She Doesn't Care What People Think

Javed is in the public eye, which means she has to deal with a lot of haters. However, she says that she doesn't care what people think of her. In this Instagram post, Javed talked about her past issues with body shamers. She says that she is a lot more confident in her body right now, and doesn't care what people think of her body, since she knows she lives a healthy lifestyle. "I'm fitter, I feel better so I don't care if people comment about my stomach or my weight."

She Eats Home Cooked Food

In an interview with Women Fitness, Javed opened up about her lifestyle and wellness routine. She says that while she doesn't put a lot of thought into her diet, a big part of it is cooking her own food. "I don't follow any specific special diet but I eat home-cooked and healthy food," Javed says. "I am not a very diet-conscious person. I eat what I want."

She Lives A More Balanced Life

In the same Instagram post, Javed admitted that she wasn't always comfortable with her body. She wrote that she used to not take care of herself and obsessed over her weight. "I have gained a bit of weight but let me tell you something, earlier I used to starve myself," she wrote. "I only use to eat one sandwich a day and nothing else. I was slim, very slim but gosh I was so weak and always in a cranky mood." Javed wrote that she is currently living a more balanced lifestyle, and it works for her. "I have a more balanced lifestyle, and I'm happy," she said.

She Doesn't Overthink Her Workouts

Javed tells Women Fitness that she doesn't overthink her diet, and that this mindset extends to her workout. "I don't have any hardcore workout routine but I do take care of my eating habits which help me stay fit," she says. Javed says that she likes basic exercises to keep herself fit. "My routine includes basic cardio sessions."
