Javed has a very unique sense of style, and she’s proud of it. She tells Women Fitness that she doesn’t like to follow any particular trends. Instead, she wears what she likes. “I would describe my fashion as unique and different,” Javed says. “I just do what suits me. If I look at myself in the mirror and feel good about it, that’s it. That is what matters the most.”
2. She Doesn’t Diet
Javed opened up about her approach to dieting and eating to Women Fitness. She says that she doesn’t go on restrictive diets, and instead focuses on eating healthy. “I don’t follow any specific special diet, but I eat home-cooked and healthy food. I am not a very diet-conscious person. I eat what I want.”

Javed tells Women Fitness that while she likes to work out, she doesn’t have a go-to fitness routine. She says that when it comes to wellness, she thinks that eating healthy is more important than exercising, and that this approach is working for her. “My routine includes basic cardio sessions. I don’t have any hardcore workout routine but I do take care of my eating habits which help me stay fit.”
4. She Accepts Her Body
In this revealing Instagram post, Javed opens up about her struggles with accepting herself. She says that she used to fall into unhealthy eating patterns, writing, “I used to starve myself. I only eat one sandwich a day and nothing else. I was slim, very slim but gosh I was so weak and always in a cranky mood. I was following a no sugar, no carbs, no gluten diet.” Javed says that she is now a lot more accepting of herself these days. “I’m fitter, I feel better so I don’t care if people comment about my stomach or my weight.”
5. She Blocks The Haters
Javed has had to deal with haters on social media, but she says that she doesn’t have time for them. In this photo Javed posted on Instagram, she revealed that she likes to block anyone sending her hate or any negativity. “As far as negative comments are concerned, long back I decided to block those people. I didn’t do it for myself but for those who get so bothered seeing me. I decided to do them a favour! Now that you won’t see me, you won’t get irritated, annoyed and hopefully your day will pass by happily!”
