She Walks

Urvashi revealed her fitness secret in an interview with Zoom TV Digital. "I have been a person who has never been to the gym, she said. "I have started walking. Last year throughout the lockdown I did nothing. I was sitting like a rain (queen) in the house doing nothing. I gained 8 kg. After the lockdown, dI started walking to shed all the weight."

She Eats Light at Night

Urvashi tries not to eat heavy meals before bed. ""I keep my stomach light in the night," she told Zoom. "I do not follow any diet the only ritual I follow is to have my dinner by 8:30," she added to Women Fitness.

She Eats Healthy

Urvashi encourages eating home-cooked food. "Balance your food," she told Zoom. "Break it down into good meals. My personal regime is I have a good lunch, nice and healthy. I eat home-cooked food and in the evening I probably have a fruit or something and then by 7.30-8.00 pm, I want to eat dinner and get done."

She Hydrates

Urvashi drinks "lots of water" for her body and "it helps in cleansing your skin as well," she told. Women Fitness. "The utmost important thing for skin care is water. Keep your skin hydrated at all times keep having water as much as you can for haircare lots of people like oiling their hair and everything."

Love Yourself Every Day

"I don't believe that to profess self love you need a particular day," Urvashi told Women Fitness. "You need to love yourself every day.Every day you wake up in the morning,You need to look at yourself. And say that I love you to yourself. I mean to say you don't need anybody's validation for that."
