1. Focus on Maintaining a “Holistic” Lifestyle
Vaani prioritizes maintaining a healthy and wholesome lifestyle. "Holistic lifestyle has been a part and parcel of my life even before I made my debut in Bollywood. I have always wanted to lead a healthy lifestyle and working out and eating right was always a top priority for me. I want to build something of my own in the health and nutrition space in the coming years and I have been researching the same for years now," she explained to Times of India.
2. Stay in Shape with Weight Training
Vaaini is a big fan of exercising. Most of her workouts are strength and weight training based. In 2019 her trainer shared a workout video of the star getting in shape for her lead role in War. In it, she did lots of weight and strength training with kettlebells, weights, lunges, jumps, step-ups, squats, and medicine ball exercises.
3. Eat in Moderation
According to Vaani, there is no magic way to stay in shape. “I push myself to work out and 'try' to eat in moderation,” she told Times of India about her approach to fitness. "Eat at least four servings of vegetables and three servings of fruits every day. Fresh vegetables and fruits are the foundation of a healthy diet and successful weight loss. You can eat generous portions while consuming fewer calories. Have as many veggies and fruits as you want — they also make great snacks," says the Mayo Clinic.
4. Do Yoga
Vaani is also a devoted yogi! In order to get into shape for her movie Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff she even took her practice to the next level, mastering aerial yoga. “Sometimes the world is better upside down,” she captioned one image of herself striking a pose.
5. She Has a Few Guilty Pleasures

Vaani is a “foodie to the core” she told Times of India. She has two favorite cheat foods. “Cheesecakes and Chocolates! They may be loaded with calories but I simply cannot do without them. And yes, they are my secret indulgence,” she exclaimed. "Dark chocolate contains 50%–90% cocoa solids, which are rich in plant chemicals called flavanols. These flavanols support the production of nitric oxide, which relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow, according to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. They also increase insulin sensitivity, which may eventually reduce the risk of diabetes. The National Foundation for Cancer Research found that flavanols may reduce the risk of skin cancer and improve overall skin health," says the Mayo Clinic.
