I have always wanted to lead a healthy lifestyle and working out and eating right was always a top priority for me. I want to build something of my own in the health and nutrition space in the coming years and I have been researching the same for years now," Vaani told Times of India.

2. She Does Traditional Weight Training

In 2019 Vaaani’s trainer shared a workout video of the star prepping for her role in War. Her session was intense, involving lots of weight and strength training with kettlebells, weights, lunges, jumps, step-ups, squats, and medicine balls. As for yourself: Set a timer for 10 minutes and complete as many circuits as you can at an easy pace:

1 Prisoner Squat

Place your hands behind your head, interlacing your fingers. Stand with your feet shoulder width and your toes turned slightly out. Squat as low as you can.

2 Seal Jump

Perform a jumping jack, reaching your arms out 90 degrees to your sides as your legs spread. When you jump your legs back in, clap your hands together in front of you.

3 Pushup

Place your hands on the floor at shoulder width. Keeping your abs braced and your body in a straight line, squeeze your shoulder blades together and lower your body until your chest is an inch above the floor.

4 Lateral Jump

Jump to your right side and land on your right foot. Rebound off your right foot and jump back to your left to begin the next rep.

3. She Has Two Stay-Fit Secrets

According to Vaani the secret to staying in shape boils down to two things. “I push myself to work out and 'try' to eat in moderation,” she told Times of India. Many studies, including a comprehensive meta-analysis in the Annals of Internal Medicine, have concluded that there is no significant evidence that saturated fat increases your risks for cardiovascular diseases, and consuming the right types of saturated fat in moderation can actually help you torch body fat. Some of the best examples are lean beef and coconut.

4. She Does Yoga

Vaani is also a yogi! To prep for her movie Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff she even mastered aerial yoga. “Sometimes the world is better upside down,” she captioned one image of herself striking a pose. "Yoga poses, also called postures, are a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility. Poses range from simple to difficult. In a simple post, you might lie on the floor while completely relaxed. A difficult posture may have you stretching your physical limits," says the Mayo Clinic.

Vaani also told Times of India that she is a “foodie to the core.” When she does indulge there are two things she consumes. “Cheesecakes and Chocolates! They may be loaded with calories but I simply cannot do without them.
