1. She Swims

Pahde spends a lot of time by the water. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of photos and videos on her Instagram of herself swimming. Pahde posted this underwater video of herself using flippers, captioning it, “Take me back.” She also shared these highlights of herself diving with sharks in Hawaii. Pahde captioned the post, “I did it. ✌🏼 I went diving with sharks for the first time in my life. At first I didn't want to go in the water and I was sure I was just going to watch, but I dared!!! That was such an awesome feeling! So glad I was able to overcome and have this wonderful experience. Have you guys ever done this? And if so, how was it?”

2. She Surfs

Swimming isn’t the only thing Pahde does when she goes to the beach. She also likes to surf to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos of herself with her board in Nyang Nyang Beach in Bali. Pahde captioned the post, “Found my favorite spot.” Surfing can help with balance and agility.

3. She Boxes

Pahde likes to box to stay in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself by a punching bag at the gym. Pahde shared these photos of herself on the slopes, captioning them, “Ski day ⛷️🎿 Went skiing again after over 9 years! I really respected it but it’s like everyone says you don’t lose it! I was fully in after a short time and forgot how much fun it is! Looking forward to the next time!”

5. She Practices Yoga
