She Eats Healthy
"Pre baby, I wasn't on a strict schedule. Now I'm on Summer's schedule, which has forced me to get into a healthier routine with my eating habits, workouts and overall health," she said, according to Star. "The majority of the week, Brock and I like to cook a healthy lunch at home. Whether we make chicken or salmon, we always make sure to have a green side and a healthy carb or two." She added about her daughter: "Now that Summer is eating solids, our favorite thing to share is sweet potatoes."
She Carb Cycled
Shay carb cycled. "When we first started I was doing three days of no carbs and one day of healthy carbs—and that helped kick my body into shape," she told Life & Style. One of her favorite healthy meals was: "Salmon with lots of grilled vegetables."
She Drinks a Lot of Water
"That is the one thing I do every meal," she has said. "The daily four-to-six cup rule is for generally healthy people," says Harvard Health. "But even a healthy person's water needs will vary, especially if you're losing water through sweat because you're exercising, or because you're outside on a hot day. If you're wondering how much water you should drink on those occasions, speak with your doctor, but a general rule of thumb for healthy people is to drink two to three cups of water per hour, or more if you're sweating heavily."
She Does Total Body Workouts
Do strength training and aerobic workouts to work the full body, including the core. "Aerobic or 'with oxygen' exercises provide cardiovascular conditioning. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5 to 7 days per week. Don't forget warm-up, cool-down and stretching exercises in your aerobic exercise session," says the Cleveland Clinic.
She May be in Mexico for Wedding Planning
The Vanderpump Rules bride-to-be is planning a wedding to Brock Davies. "We're going down to Mexico in a couple of weeks to look at some venues down there. We were gonna do Bali, but their quarantine laws just keep getting extended, and it's just not gonna work out, so we're gonna go look in Mexico," Scheana said, according to Bravo. "We have four venues we're looking at. We're gonna see if one of those is gonna be the right fit. And hopefully [the wedding will be at the] end of August. That is the plan."
