1. She Wants To Stay Fit

Mai opened up about her wellness routine to Fitforfun.com. In it, she talked about what motivates her to stay in shape. She says that one thing that motivates her is her desire to stay in shape. “My motivation comes mainly from two things: One is my well-being. I can tell pretty quickly when I want to move again, just to feel good! It's less about the outside. I want to stay fit and agile even in old age.”

2. She’s Motivated By Indulgence

Photocall "Celebrity Hunted" in BerlinJörg Carstensen/picture alliance via Getty Images

Mai loves to indulge. She tells Fitforfun.com that this keeps her motivated. “And on the other hand, I have that proud feeling after a workout, when you jump in the shower and think: ‘Great, I did something. Now I deserve a pizza!’. So food is also my motivation. I don't like to do without, so my motto is: I'd rather do more sport, but also eat what you feel like!”

3. She Believes In Balance

When it comes to her diet, Mai believes in balance. “Healthy nutrition is important, but as I said, balance is the key,” she tells FitForFun.com. “That's why I don't believe in diets. On the one hand, because I just can't do it and become extremely aggressive after a few days (laughs) and on the other hand, because 99 percent of the time it ends with the yo-yo effect for me. I think everyone has to find out for themselves what helps or is good for them.”

4. She Works Out At Home

Mai opts for home workouts rather than going to the gym. “Team home workout,” she tells FitForFun.com. “Going to the gym has always been difficult for me, mainly due to time constraints. So, funnily enough – it's really no nonsense or anything – I've been a member of 'Gymondo' myself since 2014. At the time, I was looking for a way to be able to do sports in a hotel or on tour easily, quickly and, above all, with only limited space. That's why I'm of course all the more proud to actually be able to see my own workouts there.”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Mai makes sure to take care of her skin. She revealed her secrets in an interview. “Of course, I also have my favorite creams and products that I like to use regularly, but on a day without appointments or public appearances, I don’t have any make-up on at all and I give my skin a break from the ‘limelight’. But I never leave the house without a sun protection factor and well-groomed teeth.”

"The amount of vitamin D your skin makes depends on many factors, including the time of day, season, latitude and your skin pigmentation. Sunscreen, while important to prevent skin cancer, also can decrease vitamin D production."

She said that the pandemic and lockdowns helped her make the choice to get sober. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. 3. Her Take on Fame

“I’m kind of the same [since becoming a Housewife]. I’m the same, but my life is a little different. It doesn’t feel like anything is different, but I know it is. Obviously, I think the show gave my life a boost. I needed a little boost and that’s what it did. I will say that I am a lot busier than I have been in a while, but all good stuff,” she told NewBeauty.

4. She Has a Book Coming Up About Mental Health

My book”—Chaos Theory: How to Embrace the Unexpected and Find Meaning in the Madness, coming out in April—“it’s going to cover a lot of that stuff, too. I feel like we have been in a collective mental health crisis…our world is upside down on so many levels, but I think that the conversation has been brought to the forefront. There’s still so much stigma around it, though. I think we still have a long way to go.”

1. Wrestling Clicked for Her

Mayfield got into wrestling after watching the movie Fighting with My Family. “I have done so many things in my life—modeling, acting. I was a shoe designer and for me I never felt fulfilled. I'm a personal trainer but that is something that I do for people. You know, I love training people. I love helping people with their fitness journey, but what about me? So when I watch this movie and I heard the part, what she was saying, when she gets into the ring, how to feels about it. So it kind of clicked for me. I feel like when I get into the ring, I can be this person, I can be this strong person. I can do so many things in the ring that like me in my normal life, I wouldn't do,” she told The Wrassingh Show.

2. She Says It’s Never Too Late to Try Something New

“I didn't grow up in wrestling. I didn't grow up watching wrestling and it's not common in Colombia. And that's why for me starting, I don't wanna say that I'm starting late because it's never too late to start something that you feel passionate about, because you can do so many things, but what if something else is what you are supposed to do? And I feel that that's me right now: Wrestling. If I knew about wrestling, I would've done this while ago, but the time is right now and I'm here,” she said on The Wrassingh Show.

3. She Works Out Hard

“You normally have three to four classes a week. Sometimes I have to travel to other states to train with other people, because it requires me for what I'm working right now. My current coach is Loki and he's very strict. He's very intense with his training. I'm always learning. Look, when you have passion for something, you just go and learn it and you do everything it takes to actually make it work and make it happen. And that's what I'm doing. And not just that, I also have to do my own training, which is something that requires weights, completely different. So I have to” work hard “to be among the best ones,” she said on The Wrassingh Show.

4. The Show Comes With “Ups and Downs”

But I have so many awesome fans, that I just love to communicate with them. And when they tell me that they, with my story, I just love them. That's what I, it keeps me up like, okay, I can give bringing the” good times," she told Us Weekly.

The fact that we can create a human being and and do that, it makes you proud no matter how your body looks or how you're feeling… After my last show or event in Milan, I fly back to New York for two days to be with my kids. So it's kind of like, you sacrifice that day of rest in between the shows to be with my kids. Like other people are like, yeah, I'm gonna go and have a rest when I get home. But when I get home, it's like when the real work starts.”

2. It’s Been a Rollercoaster

“As a little girl, I wanted to be a ballet dancer. When I was a bit older, around 15, I was scouted at a flea market with my mom. I mean I've been in the industry for 15 years. It's definitely funny. Now when I think about how it used to be, you know, back in the day, we definitely had a lot more privacy. Like people couldn't go on Instagram and see what you're doing. People had to talk about you and you won over the client and the crew job by job. Like it was word of mouth.” Now? “I've been able to support my family and travel to the most amazing places. And it's a crazy, crazy roller coaster for sure,” she told Vogue.

Candice wears a concealer, mixing in some oil to smooth it out. “Doing your makeup I think, it's a moment for yourself as a woman to just tune into you and make yourself feel good," she told Vogue. “I have some sun damage and markings from pregnancy. It's a normal thing that happens. So just to set that a little, I use this MAC Prep and Prime. It's very lightweight. My skin is oily so, the shine comes through really quickly.”

Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
