Mai revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview. She says that she lives a healthy lifestyle. “I do a lot to ensure that I feel good in my body and am healthy! That means a conscious diet, sport and exercise, but relaxation phases are also part of it for me.”

Mai has amazing skin, and she revealed some of her secrets in the same interview.“Of course I also have my favorite creams and products that I like to use regularly, but on a day without appointments or public appearances, I don’t have any make-up on at all,” she says. “I give my skin a break from the limelight.”

Mai believes in moderation. “An old but proven motto is and always will be, ‘everything in moderation,’” she says in the interview. “Although, I sometimes have to restrain myself when it comes to chocolate.”

Mai says that she doesn’t aim for “perfection.” She says in an interview that she focuses on herself instead. “In my view, it is wrong to strive for perfection. It’s about accepting yourself. Then you will be happy too! Of course, health is the top priority.”
