After she had children, she told Infobae that she returned to her dance classes and training. “I was always skinny,” she confessed. “I gave myself body and soul to my little ones.” In an Instagram post, she added that the pain of training is worth it. “Training hurts, but not training hurts more 🔥🔥🔥 The benefits of training are countless, so you know,” she said.
2. Take Care of Health Issues
Vanina has endometriosis, “a silent, chronic condition that you bleed from the inside,” she said. “1 in 10 women suffer from it and, on average, it takes 8 years for a diagnosis. In all that time, you're losing quality of life and you're getting affected in different aspects that you can't fix. I spent years analyzing my digestive system when the problem wasn't there, and I saw my fertility compromised when today I know that was my impediment,” she said. She also emphasized the importance of treating health issues. “Because endometriosis will be with me, I hope now, more kindly and it will be something I have to control. Women, let's pay attention to the symptoms because we can calm this internal blood storm that according to each will be milder or stronger.”
