Vicky Pattison is back from a recent getaway, but still there is spirit. On Tuesday, the Geordie Shore star shared a bunch of vacation photos, including one of herself looking super fit in a red swimsuit while she enjoying a soak in the hot tub. “A couple of nights at @newlandslodges was precisely what the doctor ordered... 😍 We explored for miles, ate like piggies and did so much snuggling and snoozing!” she wrote. “Back to reality now.” How does the beauty keep herself so fit? 1. Do Get a Life Coach
Vicky revealed to Closer that she pays someone to give her advice. “I've got a life coach, if you're in a position to get someone like that, I really would advise it,” she said. “He's transformed my life and he helps me to make sense of everything. Talking through your day and the things you're going through with someone who's neutral on the situation really helps.”
2. Do Go For Walks
“My life coach always tells me to get out into nature with the trees and to get some fresh air,” the star told Closer. “I never really put much weight on it until I got my dog, Milo, and just getting out for an hour every day taking him on his walk makes me feel much happier, healthier and more balanced. I advocate fresh air for everybody.”
3. Do Drink Nutrients

Vicky is a fan of juice and smoothies. “I love waking up in the morning and having a juice, it's a great way to start off your day. I feel like I've managed to get loads of fruits and veggies into my diet in a very small space of time. I'm all for protein shakes and juices. Plus, if you whack spinach into a protein shake, you don't really feel like you're drinking it. I'm all for sneaking fruits and veggies into my body any way that I can,” she told Closer.
4. Do Pilates

Vicky told Closer that her go-to workout is zero gravity pilates. “After being on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, I really looked at the way I trained. All of the things I'd been doing beforehand were weightlifting and more of the functional stuff. For a while, I wasn't really able to do that because I was quite badly injured,” she said. “I looked at alternative ways that were less intense on the joints and when I found zero gravity pilates, I completely fell in love with it. You look at the people who do it, like Chloe Lewis, Rochelle Humes and Lisa Snowdon, and their bodies are just lean and long and lush. So, yeah, I'm definitely on that hype at the moment.”
5. Don’t Neglect Yourself
Vicky stresses the importance of self-love. “I honestly just can't advocate enough for people to just be kind to themselves. As women, we're so obsessed with having it all figured out when we're supposed to learn and grow. We're supposed to figure it out along the way and make mistakes. I would just advise people to stop feeling like they have to do everything all at once, just be kind to themselves,” she told Closer. “If you've had a hard day, just accept it. Feel your feels, turn your phone off, put Sex in the City on, have a bottle of wine, have a chocolate bar. If that's how you relax, do that. If it's cuddles with the boyfriend, do that. If it's getting out into nature and walking your dog, do that. Just do whatever makes you feel better and whatever brings you peace and do it unapologetically.”
6. Do Eat Healthy
Vicky maintains a healthy diet. "My life and schedule are super unpredictable so having a set meal plan is really difficult. I often find I just have to roll with the punches rather than enjoy a set routine,” she told Women’s Health. “"I firmly believe that variety is the spice of life and it's good to keep your body on its toes.” If she’s really trying to be focused” she will have meals delivered.
7. Don’t Eat More Than You Are Burning

"I know a lot of people advocate carb cycling but for me I keep things quite simple - on days I don't train I just eat slightly fewer calories,” she told Women’s Health. “It's not something I do proactively, but it's more just a case of when I'm not training I'm just not as hungry. However, this is entirely subjective and I always try and listen to what my body wants."
8. Don’t Eat Sugars and Simple Carbs

“I do avoid refined sugars and simple carbs like white bread as there's just no need for them and they make me feel rubbish and lethargic. The only exemption to this is alcohol - and I'll never give that up entirely. Life is for living!” she told Women’s Health.
9. Do Follow the 80/20 Diet
Vicky tries to keep her diet healthy the majority of the time, following the popular 80/20 eating style. "I try not to exclude any major food groups as a way to guarantee that I want something is to say I can't have it,” she added to Women’s Health. "I train when I can, eat healthily 80 per cent of the time, combat hunger pangs by carrying nuts and berries in my handbag as well as a protein shakes,” she continued. “I love Haribo and wine and I'm definitely not about to live in a world where they don't feature in my life - balance is my mantra!"
10. Do Hydrate

Vicky drinks three liters of water per day along with juices and smoothies. She also loves green tea. According to the Mayo Clinic women should drink a minimum of 11.5 cups of water per day, and men, 15.5 cups. “By consuming the minimum recommendation of water, you’re helping your body function better and improving your overall health,” they say.
