She Takes Small Sips

In her recent Instagram post, Koblenko opened up about her approach to drinking water. She says that she learned to take small sips of water throughout the day. "While fasting I learned a new important insight into hydration. If you drink a lot of water quickly 'borrow' your hydration, because you quickly lose the water again in the toilet and if it's a bit off, add some valuable electrolytes. However, if you take small sips you do increase the hydration level of your body without having to pee often. Small sips are your guarantee that the water will stay in you instead of draining you."

She Drinks Quality Water

In the same Instagram post, Koblenko also talked about the quality of water she drinks. "Next step in hydration is water quality. Drinking water in the Netherlands is good compared to other countries, but not optimal. In nature you can drink live spring water to optimize the quality, but at home? Enriching tap water with electrolytes is an option, but I've also been doubting for a long time about water hardener, kangen water device or a reverse osmosis filter."
