The first thing she does in the AM? “Also when I wake up I drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and a little later I eat a good breakfast of fruit, yogurt, muesli,” she added. But I swear by the celery juice.”

Silvstedt’s hobbies are skiing, horseback riding, and traveling. “Skiing is good for both experienced skiers and beginners because it works the major muscle groups,” says Betony Garner of the Ski Club of Great Britain. “Also, beginners tend to walk up the slope, rather than using a ski lift - which really works the heart and lungs, making it a good overall workout!”
