1. Eat Healthy

Victoria’s secret to longevity starts with healthy eating. “First of all I love to eat. I am not your green juices 24/7 kind of girl,” she told Arabian Moda. “I must have a dessert everyday and especially chocolate. And what is a night like without a glass of wine? However, I try to avoid eating carbs and especially before a photo-shoot. I also try to limit my amount of red meat intake. I guess you can describe my diet as a Mediterranean, wholesome and vegetable-based diet.”

2. Take Vitamins

Victoria knows the importance of getting all the nutrients she needs. So, the ones that she can’t get from real food, she gets from supplements. “As for my physique, I try to take a lot of vitamins for my hair and skin,” she told Arabian Moda.

3. Exercise

Victoria didn’t achieve her fabulous figure by sitting around eating chocolate. While she isn’t into gym workouts, she has incorporated exercise into her life. “I love working out outdoors like doing some yoga and pilates every now and then. I prefer to go running outside rather than to workout at the gym,” she confessed to Arabian Moda.

Victoria is also a proponent of sleep. "Good sleep is the best,” she told Fans Share. The first thing she does after a night of beauty sleep. She fuels up. “Also when I wake up I drink a glass of warm water with squeezed lemon and a little later I eat a good breakfast of fruit, yogurt, muesli,” she added.

5. Maintain an Active Lifestyle

Even when she isn’t exercising, Victoria stays active when it comes to her hobbies. One of her favorite activities? Skiing! “Thankful for this amazing fun ski weekend in Courchevel under the sun,” she captioned this post with photos of her ski trip.
