Villaroel loves to spend time outside. One thing that she likes to do in particular is go for hikes. She posted this series of videos and photos on Instagram of herself and a friend hiking by the beach. She captioned the post, “Today was beautiful.” "Hiking is cardiovascular in nature, so it can provide great benefit to heart health while also improving blood pressure and blood sugar levels," says ACE Fitness. "Hiking helps increase the strength in the leg muscles, builds stability in the core muscles and enhances balance skills. The more technical the terrain is, along with an increase in climbing intensity, the more balance and core strength is required because more muscles are being recruited to manage the steeper terrain."

2. She Swims

Villaroel loves to spend time by the beach. Naturally, she also loves to swim. Villaroel has posted several photos and videos on Instagram of herself spending time in the water. She posted this video of herself swimming in the ocean, captioning it, “Aquatic vv.” She also posted this set of photos of herself floating on her back, captioning it, “Right before I got attacked by jellyfish and no one believed me.”

Villaroel is a big fan of watermelon. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a plate of the fruit. According to the Mayo Clinic, watermelon has a lot of nutritional benefits. “Watermelon has more lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable. 5. She Loves Coffee
