Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Naturally, Varga makes sure to keep her breakfasts as healthy as she can. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying several healthy breakfast foods. In the photo, there is a bowl of whole grain cereal, oatmeal, sliced bananas, an apple, and a glass of juice.
