Actress Violeta Isfel just got married, and has been posting highlights from her honeymoon on Instagram. In a recent post, she shared photos of herself and her husband on the beach in Aculpulco. 1. She Gets Help For Her Mental Health

Isfel makes sure to take care of her mental health. She likes to see professionals and experts to help her. She encouraged others to do the same in an interview with AZ Central. "It is important to go hand in hand with a professional,” she says. “This saying: ‘I can do it alone’, no, that's why there are psychologists, therapists, psychoanalysts.”
2. She Has A Good Attitude

Isfel tells AZ Central that she has a good attitude. She thinks this is one of the reasons she has had so much success. “You do have to make an effort, make those small achievements,” Isfel says. “When you realize that you already have so many achievements if you energetically change the mass that you were generating, everything begins to be attractive, work arrives, abundance, a lot of things arrive.”
3. She Swims
One thing Isfel likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She posted this photo of herself about to snorkel in El Cielito Cozumel. She captioned it, “Being free doesn't mean you stop being afraid. Being brave means that even in spite of being afraid you try. The majesty of the sea is always something that imposes a lot on me, paralyzes me, excites me, beautifies me; but at the same time scares me.”
4. She Dances
Isfel was a contestant on the series, Las Estrellas Bailan En Hoy. Naturally, she learned how to dance. She shared a lot of performance and rehearsal videos on her Instagram. She posted this video, with the caption, “This week I play a repeat of our best dance of the #LasEstrellasBailanEnHoy #CampeónDeCampeones. We wanted to outdo ourselves and we went up 1 point. I'm so excited to be able to dance again.”
5. She Goes Outside
Isfel loves to spend time outside. She shares a lot of outdoor photos on Instagram. Isfel talked about the importance of being outside in the caption of this Instagram post. “Whenever you get a chance, go back to the #natural.
