She Eats Healthy

Wanda maintains a healthy diet, an important part of any stay-fit program. She also makes sure to eat small portions. In some of her posts, she eats meals like pasta, but only a small serving. She also eats a lot of fresh food, like fruit and vegetables, and cooks her own meals.

She Works Out

Clearly Wanda spends a lot of time working out to maintain her figure. She has created a gorgeous gym in her home and stocked it with everything needed to get her sweat on, including kettlebell weights, free weights, cardio machines, and yoga mats. "I did it today," she captioned this Instagram post taken after a workout.

She Is Active Outdoors

Wanda also blasts calories by staying active outdoors. One of her favorite activities? Biking. "Ending the week like this.. 🚲🚲 Paris 🧡 My daughters' happy faces, those gifts of life that don't compare to anything," she captioned this Instagram photo, wearing a bike helmet during a family cycle session. She also enjoys rollerblading.

She Indulges

While Wanda eats healthy most of the time, she does allow herself to cheat. Baguettes and cotton candy, wine and champagne, and cake are all foods she has indulge in for her cheat meals.

She Walks

Whether she is on Safari in Africa or the streets of Paris, Wanda can be found wearing a pair of kicks and walking around. According to Harvard Health, a 155-pound person walking at a pace of four miles per hour can expect to burn 175 calories over a 30-minute walk.
