1. She Drinks Coffee

Wendy loves starting her day with coffee. Here she is on New York press day sipping on a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

2. She Skis

Wendy enjoys skiing. “Ski season,” she captioned a post from a recent trip to the mountains. Research has linked downhill skiing to a number of health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress and the occurrence of memory deficits declines.

3. She Runs

Wendy also stays in shape by running. “Every morning, I run for my own wellness,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

4. She Goes Under the Knife

Wendy is open about getting plastic surgery. “Going under the knife is NOT for everyone, but for me—a mom of three who exclusively breastfed I always knew after my last baby I would want to get back myself. Get back to Wendy. The #RHOP viewers met me last year, just 1.5 months after having a baby and now I was able to share this experience of getting back to pre-baby Wendy with some sparkle ✨ .So happy with my new boobies AND booty 💃🏾. Whatever your decision, make sure to do your research,” she captioned a post.

5. She Cooks

Wendy loves cooking. According to Wendy her castmates see her as “the only person on this entire show who feeds her guests real food.” Cooking your own meals is a great way to ensure healthy eating. "Research is turning to studying the value of nutrition programs that include cooking instruction. These programs have been shown to help people adhere to a healthier diet, eat smaller portions, and lose weight — improvements that lasted as long as a year after the study ended. These programs can even help patients with type 2 diabetes to eat healthier, lower blood pressures and blood sugars, and lose weight. Hard to believe it, but time in the kitchen can be as valuable as medication for some people with diabetes," says the Mayo Clinic.

We do a combination of booty kicks and leg raises mixed with some ballet movements like plies.”

1. She Works Out To Feel Better

London Celebrity Sightings - October 19, 2021Ricky Vigil/GC Images

In 2020, Jossa decided to live a healthier lifestyle, and took to Instagram to talk about it. She says that she wanted to do this to help her feel better, not to lose weight. "I'm having those thoughts of ‘I need to start doing a bit for me and I'm going to try and go for walks and maybe do some exercise,’” she started. “And no, before everyone pipes up it's not to necessarily lose weight, I wouldn't mind it, but it is more just to know that you're doing something. Because work-wise I'm feeling really good, I'm busy, I'm on the ball, and I just want to maintain that, and I feel like getting on the ball with it now, it's got to be done."

2. She Makes Time For Herself

Jossa revealed some of her wellness secrets to Heatworld. She says that even with her busy schedule, she always makes time for herself. Jossa says she sets one day aside a week to relax, and revealed some of the things she enjoys doing. "I would definitely put the phone away, watch a film maybe, definitely have a bath, exfoliate, smother myself in all the oils, moisturisers, body creams, hair mask, face mask, tan you name it, absolutely everything."

3. She Follows Instagram Accounts That She Enjoys

Boxstar Celebrity Boxing At AO Arena Manchester - Red Carpet ArrivalsShirlaine Forrest/Getty Images

When it comes to Instagram, Jossa says that she only follows accounts that make her feel good. She tells Heatworld that this helps with her confidence, and prevents her from comparing herself to others. “I should just unfollow if it's not filling me with joy. So I just unfollow it. And because there are some people in the world that love to see all that because they have the ambition to be like them, but I don't. And you start feeling better. I follow people that are more inspiring to me and make me feel better. I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, she looks amazing in that dress and she's a size 16 and looks unreal'. I then think, 'I'm actually quite fit! She's fit, I'm fit' and I feel better about myself.”

4. She’s Real

With Jossa, what you see is what you get. She tells Heatworld that she always wants to show her real life on Instagram. “I want to be the person on social media that other people go to and enjoy following you,” she says. “You get your rolls out when you can, you don't edit your photos to extremes and you show yourself with no make-up on from time to time.”

5. She’s Comfortable

Jossa says that she is always comfortable with her body. She tells Heatworld, “You always beat yourself up so much and it's like, 'actually no, honey, you're still really really fit, you ain't getting no better!' You're gonna get older and it's gonna get worse for you, hun. Embrace it right now. Be in every picture with your kids because you'll regret it. They won't ever say, 'mummy, you look a bit fat there, or mummy, you've got a little roll hanging there' They never say that. They're gonna go, 'I remember that day, we went to the beach, it was so good'. This is gonna get deep but one day, the photo is all they're going to have so you got to make sure you're in them all."

My dad even records my TV interviews and calls to applaud me. He watches my shows and tells his friends about them. I’m sure I’m doing as well as I am because of how strong the support system is from my family. My mum gives me tips and advises me on things concerning acting and the industry in general. I run my lines and rehearse my roles with her.”

2. She Has Fun With Her Job

Ooja tells Punch that she enjoys acting, and always has fun when she’s on set. “The first time I was on set, it was very easy for me because I wasn’t putting too much thought in it. I was just gliding through and because I’m playful by nature, I kept playing and having fun doing the job. The set was interesting and there were many well-known actors on location as well; so, that made it more fun."

3. She Has Strong Faith

At the end of 2020, Ooja posted this photo on Instagram, where she thanked God for helping her get through the year. She wrote in the caption, “All I can say is thank you Jesus!!! No long talk !! This year has been God's absolute grace and mercy and I’m truly grateful and thankful!!!

Maya Nazor says she wanted to be famous ever since she was a little girl, and it shows with her confidence in front of the camera. Nazor posted pictures of herself lounging on the ground, wearing a tiny black bathing suit that set off her bright red hair. “Hermosa,” commented one admirer. “Gracias hermosa♥️,” Nazor responded. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Nazor stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves to Dance

One look at Nazor’s social media confirms her love of dance. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD, author of The Joy of Movement. “The adrenaline makes you feel powerful, the dopamine generates hope, and the endorphins bring you joy. You’ve created this amazing cocktail that boosts your mood and energy, leads you to experience better social interactions, makes you more likely to progress on your goals, and lowers stress. So dancing doesn’t just make you feel great in the moment. It sets you up to be a better version of yourself.”

2. She Travels Around the World

Nazor is passionate about visiting new places. “Foreign experiences increase both cognitive flexibility and depth and integrativeness of thought, the ability to make deep connections between disparate forms,” says Adam Galinsky, a professor at Columbia Business School. “The key, critical process is multicultural engagement, immersion, and adaptation. Someone who lives abroad and doesn’t engage with the local culture will likely get less of a creative boost than someone who travels abroad and really engages in the local environment.”

3. Self-Confidence

Nazor says she was born to be in front of the camera, and feels confident about being an influencer. “The truth is, I’ve always enjoyed speaking a lot in front of the camera and I can speak easily. As a kid, I pretended I had a TV channel and my own program. It’s a way of expressing myself,” she says.

4. Post Baby Body

Nazor welcomed son Luka last summer, and embraced her post-baby body. "Remind yourself of the miracle you just performed," says Chaye McIntosh, clinical director at ChoicePoint Health in Fairlawn, New Jersey. "Remind yourself that the baby you are now holding in your arms is worth the stretch marks and belly pouch. Remind yourself that you are beautiful just the way you are. And remember that your baby needs a strong, self-assured, and dedicated parent—not just one with a flat tummy."

5. She Loves the Pool

Nazor enjoys being in the water, both in the swimming pool and in the ocean. “Research has shown that being near, in, on or under water can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body, including lowering stress and anxiety, increasing an overall sense of well-being and happiness, a lower heart and breathing rate, and safe, better workouts,” says marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols.

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
