Whitney Port, the reality TV icon, podcaster, and fashion designer, is showing off her fit figure, looking like she's straight off The Hills. She recently enjoyed a pool day with her family, and made sure to get photos for Instagram. In them, Port posed in a yellow bathing suit with flowers. 1. She Eats Different Things
In a video streamed on her YouTube channel, Port revealed some of her diet secrets. She says that she isn’t on a typical diet. In fact, she says that she likes to eat different things each day, since she’s so busy. “There’s not really a typical day,” Port says. “Every day is different. It’s not like I’m a very strict eater.”
2. She Believes in Moderation

Port broke down her wellness secrets in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she believes in moderation, especially when it comes to her diet. “I try to work out three times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, and fruits but, I also allow myself to enjoy myself when I feel like it! I don’t believe in strict diets or limitations. It’s all about a healthy balance.”
3. She Loves Proteins With Veggies

Port tells HollywoodLife that her typical dinners are pretty healthy. She says that she loves to go for a protein and a vegetable. “I LOVE a good steak with grilled onions and roasted potatoes,” Port says. “Usually a protein with a veggie and or salad with lots of different veggies in it and a homemade sherry wine vinaigrette.”
4. She Takes Care Of Migraines

Port is open about her struggles with migraines. She tells HollywoodLife how she manages them. “When I get a migraine, I will usually wake up to a throbbing pain that feels like someone is hitting me on the head over and over again,” she says. “The hardest part about getting them in the morning is I have a difficult time feeling motivated to get out of bed and see Sonny. He’s in the best mood when he wakes up so missing out on seeing his smiling face before he starts his day makes me so sad. 5. She Meditates

Port tells Shape that she is a big fan of practicing meditation. She says that it helps her stay motivated. “Meditation works well when I do it long-term, that's when I see the benefits. I consider it a muscle that I'm continuously working out. When I practice regularly, I feel so much more centered.”
