Influencer, reality star, and mogul, Whitney Port, is enjoying a vacation. She just shared some highlights on Instagram. In the photos, Port enjoyed a day at the pool and on a boat. 1. She Embraces Her Emotions
Port revealed some of her self-care routine to E! News. She says that she embraces her struggles and it helps her stay strong. “Try to stay strong, so I can look back on this time and be proud of the partner, mom and individual I was able to be. That doesn't mean I push down sadness or anxiety when it comes. I feel those feelings and let them come out. Releasing them is the only way to actually work through them.”
2. She Stays Positive

Positivity is a big part of Port’s self-care routine. She tells E! News, “I wake up each morning and tell myself, ‘It is going to be a good day,’ to have a positive mindset. I really try to step outside of myself to make sure I am keeping a healthy perspective.”
3. She Does Online Workouts

Port has a busy schedule, so she doesn’t always have time to go to the gym. To stay in shape, she does a lot of workouts online. “I have been doing a lot of Sculpt, Cardio Boxing and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App and virtual classes with Pilates By Amanda,” she tells E! News. “If I don't have a lot of time, I will do Lauren Gores' express workouts on her Instagram. Next week, I am starting Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society which I am really excited about.”
4. She Eats Healthy
Port makes sure to eat healthy. Including when it comes to which snacks she enjoys. She revealed to E! News some of her favorite healthy snack options. “Handfuls of roasted, unsalted almonds, a slice of sourdough bread with cashew butter and sliced bananas, a smoothie (mine usually have whole milk Greek yogurt, ice, a handful of spinach, some pineapple, whatever milk I have [right now, it is Forager Coconut Cashew Oat], a banana, half an avocado, two dates, a dash of cinnamon and sometimes a scoop of nut butter).”
5. She Loves Coconut Water

Port revealed some of her favorite wellness products and routines to StyleCaster. She revealed some of her favorite beverages. “I love Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. I could drink that all day long. Especially if I’m taking a hot yoga class or doing something that takes a lot out of me, I feel like replenishing with electrolytes is really good.”
