This is Her Favorite Way to Break a Sweat
"I have been doing a lot of Sculpt, Cardio Boxing and Yoga Classes on the obé Fitness App and virtual classes with Pilates By Amanda. If I don't have a lot of time, I will do Lauren Gores' express workouts on her Instagram. Next week, I am starting Megan Roup's The Sculpt Society which I am really excited about. AND I am dying to try The Class by Taryn Toomey," she tells E! Online.
She Maintains a Positive Mindset
"Try to stay strong, so I can look back on this time and be proud of the partner, mom and individual I was able to be. That doesn't mean I push down sadness or anxiety when it comes. I feel those feelings and let them come out. Releasing them is the only way to actually work through them. I wake up each morning and tell myself, "It is going to be a good day," to have a positive mindset. I really try to step outside of myself to make sure I am keeping a healthy perspective," she tells E! Online.
She Does Yoga
"Hot yoga is my favorite favorite workout—it's the thing that I've seen my body reacts to the best and also makes me feel the best on the inside," she told Yoga Journal, adding that she tries to practice three times a week.
This is Her Go-To Snack
"Handfuls of roasted, unsalted almonds, a slice of sourdough bread with cashew butter and sliced bananas, a smoothie (mine usually have whole milk Greek yogurt, ice, a handful of spinach, some pineapple, whatever milk I have [right now, it is Forager Coconut Cashew Oat], a banana, half an avocado, two dates, a dash of cinnamon and sometimes a scoop of nut butter)," she told E!.
She Listens to Her Body
Port-Rosenman has suffered miscarriages and been public about them. It has proved cathartic. "I am trying my hardest to set boundaries, listen to my body, AND not feel guilty about it," she wrote. "Thank you to everyone for the outpouring of support and love yesterday. It felt weird to talk about my pregnancy so early, but it didn't feel right to hold it in. Now we can REALLY go through this process together with no secrets, no hiding, just truths." She added: "And for all of you who reached out, even telling me you were pregnant and hadn't told anyone yet, I am sending so much love and strength your way," continued Port. "No matter what happens with any of us, we are WHOLE human beings who deserve a lot of love and nothing to be ashamed of."
