1. She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

In her most recent Instagram story, Port asked people if they care about a swimsuit brand. But she's not afraid to go deeper. In a revealing Instagram post, Port talked about her struggles with mental health, including having a miscarriage this year. However, Port says that she uses the LUCA app, to help her with her mental health.
2. She Believes In Moderation

Port says that her diet and exercise routine is all about moderation. She tells Cheat Sheet, “I try to work out three times a week and eat mostly lean proteins, veggies, and fruits but, I also allow myself to enjoy myself when I feel like it! I don’t believe in strict diets or limitations. It’s all about a healthy balance.”
3. She Loves Yoga

Port tells Cheat Sheet that hot yoga classes are her favorite way to workout. “Hot yoga is my jam,” she says, “It’s the only thing I do and I absolutely love it.” "Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate. And almost anyone can do it," she tells the Mayo Clinic.
4. She Eats A Lot Of Protein, Veggies, and Fruit

Port broke down what she typically eats in a day to Cheat Sheet, and she makes sure to eat veggies and fruit, and a lot of protein. “For breakfast, I have been eating scrambled eggs with a few cheddar chives mixed in, a cappuccino, and a banana. For lunch, I’ll eat a salad with a light dressing, a protein, and a kombucha. Dinner varies, but I LOVE a good steak with grilled onions and roasted potatoes.”
5. She Loves Coconut Water

Port tells StyleCaster.com that she loves to drink coconut water, especially after going to her yoga classes. “I love Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. I could drink that all day long. Especially if I’m taking a hot yoga class or doing something that takes a lot out of me, I feel like replenishing with electrolytes is really good.”
