Willow Smith Shares Swimsuit Video of "Vibratory Solutions"

Here’s how this artist stays healthy.

Willow Smith is enjoying the many benefits of a healing trip into nature. The daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith is on a trip to a woodland location, with crystal-clear streams and mountains in the background. Smith, 22, shared pictures of herself posing by a river in a black bathing suit, with her beloved dog beside her. "Vibratory solutions 🌞," she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Smith stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

She Loves Yoga

Smith practices yoga both for inner and outer health. "I really wanted to master the moves," she says. "And I achieved a lot of the goals I had. But I learned along the way, that's not necessarily what yoga is about. It's helped me to learn to take a breath, not listen to the negative voice in my head, and deal with life in a more compassionate way. That's yoga, too. It's a mindset and lifestyle. Not just the fact that you can do a handstand."

She Likes To Run

Smith enjoys the mental and physical benefits of running. "I've been running recently. Running has been very, very cathartic for me," she says. "Just waking up and running every morning. Some days I run, some days I do yoga, some days I do a hike, but I feel like I can't do the same thing – I have to switch it up."

Simple Skincare Routine

Smith believes less is more when it comes to the health and appearance of her skin. "I have a pretty simple skincare routine, but I love different products," she says. "I get super excited when I get a new face cleanser. Recently, I've been exploring way more with face and lip masks. The lip masks are really new for me, because I'd never used them before this year. That's a new addition to my skin-care routine."

Meditation Every Day

Smith meditates every day. "I try to meditate longer and effectively for 10 minutes every day," she says. "Sometimes there's the traditional sitting meditation, which, weirdly enough, I don't do as often as I do chants, mantras, or listen to affirmations and repeat them. The thing about meditation is your mind needs to be still. I feel like sometimes when we close our eyes, our mind just goes crazy. But I find that, when I open my eyes and focus on one specific thing, I can clear my mind more."

5

Protecting Her Mental Health

Smith makes a point to support and nurture her mental health. "Sometimes [managing your mental health] is so overwhelming that you can't really bring yourself to do much else besides reminding yourself of the things that really matter," she says. "For me, I love a good mantra. Recently, my mantra has been, 'I accept everything as it is, and I'm grateful for it.' Repeating that over and over again; that's been really helping me."
