She Does Weight Training
Exercise is a big part of Winnie's fitness success. "In London, I have a lot of different trainers but my go-to gym is Third Space. I hate cardio and I have to do a lot of it currently but I really don't like it, I prefer weight training," she told Vogue UK. "I also have a gym in my condo in Canada, so I work out a lot there too."
She Does Pilates
Winnie also loves a certain elongating workout. "Pilates is a lot of fun too, as I love to stretch. If I meet a new trainer, I always let them know that I love to stretch, and if they just make me put my arms up above my head and hold them for a few seconds I have to switch trainers. I did ballet when I was younger and I still practice my stretches after a workout," she told Vogue.
She's All About Self-Care
Winnie prioritizes self-care. "I love getting massages, especially when I've had a really busy week or if I've been training really hard. I will usually get one or two a week. I feel like a lot of people see massages as a luxury, but for me it's about taking care of my body and so I see them as a necessity. I have someone come to my house to do them when I'm at home, but if I'm traveling and someone recommends a really good spa to me then I will check that out. I once stayed at the Four Seasons in Istanbul and I had a massage in their spa. It was amazing," she told Vogue.
She Eats Healthy
Winnie maintains that eating well is part of her job. "I think it's great though because I do feel brighter and lighter when I am eating healthily. I'll eat lots of vegetables, fill up on seafood, some fruit here and there, and make sure I take my vitamins and drink lots of water. I take multivitamins and a fiber supplement to keep my digestive system on track and a probiotic to keep everything in balance," she told Vogue.
Aside from eating clean and exercising, hydration is a core part of Harlow's routine. When GOOP asked the model what she starts her day with she responded: "A bottle of water by my bedside." "Water is important for every cell in the body to function properly. The digestive system functions better with adequate hydration, preventing constipation. Water also helps flush toxins from the body, promotes good kidney function, keeps your joints and muscles lubricated, supports healthier and younger-looking skin, and helps regulate body temperature," says the Mayo Clinic.
