Wrestler Torrie Wilson recently celebrated her birthday. She posted a stunning new poolside photo on Instagram to mark the occasion. In it, she posed in a light blue bikini, showing off her body. She captioned the photo, “Cheers! And thanks for all the bday love today! Love you guys.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Torrie Wilson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Doesn’t Diet

Wilson is open about her previous struggles with her body image, eating, and eating disorders. She tells Strong Fitness Magazine that she has decided to not diet to keep herself in a better state. “Even when I was wrestling all those years, I still wasn’t happy with how I looked. I was constantly dieting to look good for a photo shoot, or trying the latest fad diet. I yo-yo’d for many years. Since I quit diets altogether, started eating things in moderation, and focused on lifting weights, I've been leaner and happier.”

2. She Stays Motivated

Wilson tells Strong Fitness that working out is a great way of helping her mental state. She says that she always makes sure to do a quick amount of movement each day. “I’ve realized that it’s the days when my motivation is lowest that I need it the most for my head. On those days, I negotiate with myself to just move for 20 minutes, doing anything, while listening to great music. Ninety percent of the time, that 20 minutes gets me feeling better and I’ll end up doing more. That game plan on low motivation days keeps me from ever feeling like working out is a chore, and I always appreciate how I feel from it.”

3. She's Into Keto

Wilson tells Strong Fitness that she loves keto drinks. “I also swear by these ketone drinks by Pruvit. They put your body into ketosis within an hour of drinking and the cognitive benefits are amazing. Better mental focus, clarity, energy, and less sugar cravings.”

4. She Eats Healthy 80% Of The Time

Wilson says to Muscle and Health that she likes to practice the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating. She says that she eats pretty healthy most of the time. “I go for the 80% rule of healthy. I’m now more focused on eating whole, natural foods that have a lot of nutrients to help me feel good from the inside out. I’m anti-strict eating because of competing and being anorexic.”

5. She Takes It Easy

While exercise is important to Wilson, so is recovery. She tells Muscle and Health that she takes rest days and doesn’t push herself too hard with some workouts. “Since I’ve had back surgery, I just try to not kill myself. I refuse to let it slow me down. I know if I’m going to do something like weighted glute raises or deadlifts, it’s going to hurt for a few days, but it also hurts when I don’t do anything, so I choose which hurt I want.”

Clothing designer and Real Housewives of New York star Leah McSweeney is in Jamaica. And she just shared a lot of stunning photos on Instagram, including one of herself in a pink swimsuit. McSweeney captioned the post, “A thirst trap and a slice of heaven in my fav place, with my fav people BLESS UP!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Leah McSweeney stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Box

McSweeney revealed on the Bravo podcast, The Daily Dish, that she loves to box. She even says that boxing has helped her prepare for all the drama and craziness of being a Real Housewife. “I mean, it’s such a psychological and mental strengthening exercise. It definitely helped me prepare.”

2. She’s Sober

"Not All Diamonds and Rosé: The Inside Story of The Real Housewives from the People Who Lived It" Book Launch PartyJamie McCarthy/Getty Images

In an interview with Yahoo Life, McSweeney revealed that she was sober, and had thought about making the choice to do so for a while. She said that the pandemic and lockdowns helped her make the choice to get sober. "I realized that it was gonna just go so dark so quick," she says. "…It's very hard to drink in a light and fun way during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic when you’re stuck at home, and people are dying everywhere. So yeah, I think that that kind of definitely put it in a full-speed stop."

3. Her Take on Fame

“I’m kind of the same [since becoming a Housewife]. I’m the same, but my life is a little different. It doesn’t feel like anything is different, but I know it is. I am still shocked that people recognize me. I always think that it’s someone I know when they’re looking at me and they say, ‘Hi’—like I know them from somewhere. Obviously, I think the show gave my life a boost. I needed a little boost and that’s what it did. I will say that I am a lot busier than I have been in a while, but all good stuff,” she told NewBeauty.

4. She Has a Book Coming Up About Mental Health

“I think that one of the best parts about being on the show has been being able to reach people and to have conversations about different topics, like mental health,” she told NewBeauty. She was diagnosed with bipolar II. “I was stunned when it got brought up on the show. but in hindsight, I’m so happy it did. My book”—Chaos Theory: How to Embrace the Unexpected and Find Meaning in the Madness, coming out in April—“it’s going to cover a lot of that stuff, too. I feel like we have been in a collective mental health crisis…our world is upside down on so many levels, but I think that the conversation has been brought to the forefront. There’s still so much stigma around it, though. I think we still have a long way to go.”

5. She Has Done Anti-Workouts

“I just started posting these little work out videos to help me motivate myself to work out,” McSweeney, 37, told Page Six. “I called them ‘anti-influencer’ workouts because I am not a fitness influencer nor do I care to be.” These “non-workout workouts” involve yoga poses, too. “I’m not a professional,” she told us. “I’m just a regular chick trying to not let herself go during the quarantine.”

1. She is Back on the Wellness Track

Diane-GuerreroDiane Guerrero/Instagram

During the heart of the pandemic, “I feel like at the beginning I was kind of working out in an unhealthy way. I think I was just going for it because I felt like that was something I could control and of course that wasn’t sustainable. And I wasn’t really going online or taking classes or anything like that because I - I don’t know I felt like I had to deal with this on my own, but that wasn’t sustainable so I kind of fell off and now I’m really looking forward to introducing some new stuff into my routine as well, you know before I was on this working out alone tip and I’m LONELY now. I want to connect with people so this is an exciting way,” she told HOLA.

2. This is What She Listens to When Working Out

“I‘m actually a 90s girl! It’s really funny cause I’m trying to get pumped and listening to- actually no- Alanis Morissette can really pump a girl up and you have such a mix you have some Alanis to TLC to Salt and Pepa so I’m into it, it takes me back to when I was a kid and free,” she told Hola.

3. This is Her Morning Ritual

“I have hot water and lemon every morning before I eat anything. I drink that so my stomach settles and because it’s good for your digestion. Plus, the lemon gives me an energy boost that I can’t get from coffee. It’s part of my morning ritual, and rituals are really good to balance stress and anxiety. This one really helps me a lot,” she told Glamour.

4. This is One Go-To Meal

“That would be a vegetable stir-fry because it’s so easy. I put olive oil, salt, pepper, a little paprika to have a little spice, and a little bit of apple cider vinegar to give it a bit of a tangy flavor. I make it with couscous or rice, and then grab the vegetables from the fridge and put them in a stir-fry. You can have a meal for two days,” she told Glamour.

5. She’s a Warrior

Guerrero is an activist, and has written about the deportation of her Colombian parents, which happened when she was just 14, in her shattering memoir In the Country We Love. (She also wrote My Family Divided, a coming-of-age memoir.) “My last name means warrior,” Guerrero said. “I am the daughter of immigrants. It’s not my entire identity, but certainly informs it. I’ve been able to use that truth to really propel me forward in a time where the odds were really against me. And a lot of the odds are against a lot of people who go through separation or the systemic barriers that are in place for a lot of black and brown women,” she told SheKnows.

Kayla Braxton, known for her hosting roles on WWE’s Talking Smack and SmackDown, often shares glimpses of her life on Instagram. In June, she posted a striking photo of herself in a black outfit, captioning it, “Humble enough to know that I can be replaced. Confident enough to know that there is no one like me. 😌” Braxton’s career is filled with growth, mentorship, and confidence, thanks to influences like Paul Heyman. She continues to pursue new opportunities while enjoying outdoor activities and international travel in her free time.

1. She Learned From A Mentor

Braxton talked about her career in an interview with Insight with Chris Van Vilet. She says that she helped develop her reporting style with Paul Heyman. "I mean, I give a lot of credit to Paul. I had so much fun doing all that back and forth with him with The Bloodline. But, you know, Paul and I were doing Talking Smack together and we didn't really know each other at the time. I knew that we didn't really interact a lot, and getting to know him on that panel and getting to go back and forth and realising we're both kind of spitfires helped immensely. And then you know, he got me on camera to do those bits with him on SmackDown with The Bloodline and then now I am the sassy backstage interviewer. I've been told I can be a little sassy. I think he wanted to help me, he does that with a lot of talent and other interviewers, he wants to see what our strengths are and makes it happen. I don’t even remember how the first one happened. A lot of times like Paul and I, we just go, there’s not really talking about it beforehand. We just said, whatever happens, happens. I think that his freakout happened on one and it just hit big. So we just kind of kept doing it. It got a good reaction, fans loved it.”

2. She Had Support

In her Insight interview, Braxton revealed that her co-workers supported her when she had to do a new segment. “I remember my first kickoff show. I was never planning to do those. I was terrified to do a kickoff show. And it was F1, Renee left and Cole goes, ‘Hey, you have to do the next kickoff show because Charlie was gone too.’ And I was like, ‘what? I've never done a kickoff. What are you talking about?’ And I think my first one was going to be right before Mania and Mania is a two hour kickoff show, by the way. Anyway, all this to say, I was terrified. And Cole looked at me and goes, why, ‘You can do this in your sleep?’ And walked away. And that boost of confidence of just like, why are you worried helped me so much.”

3. She Knew When To Walk Away

In an interview with the Nikki & Brie Show, Braxton talked about her decision to step away from her role at WWE. “I was under contract,” she said. “Announcers, we operate very differently. I just realized, within myself, after eight years; I’ve done everything I can do here. You know how the schedule is at WWE. It’s very hard to (accomplish) anything else you want to do. I just felt like I was starting to miss out on opportunities outside of the company.”

4. She Goes Outside

As you can see from her Instagram post, Braxton spends a lot of time outside. This has health benefits. According to UC Davis, “Getting out into nature can lead us to want to walk, bike, hike, or kayak more often. People typically engage in regular physical activity when they're in nature. So, stepping outside can help you keep a healthy weight or even lose weight by increasing activity levels.”

5. She Swims

One outdoor thing Braxton enjoys doing is going swimming. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself by the water. Braxton shared this photo of herself in the pool in Saudi Arabia. She captioned it, “I’ve seen some cool places. I wanna see some more. Where to next? Drop some of your fav international travel destinations in the comments below 🧳 ✈️ 🛥️”

1. She Dances

Kaitlyn, who competed on Dancing with the Stars, has been burning calories by cutting a rug since she was a kid. “I have always been a very healthy person. I started dancing when I was three years old, and was dancing at least six times a week until I was about 19. Then I moved to Vancouver where I was cheerleading and dancing a few times a week,” she told Elle Canada.

2. She Spins

David's Bridal x Daniel Diamond 2022 NashBlast Hosted By Kaitlyn BristoweJason Kempin/Getty Images

It wasn’t until Kaitlyn moved to Germany when she was 26 and realized that she “needed fitness” in her life that she started working out. “I wasn’t dancing anymore. I had never stepped foot in a gym to lift weights, so that was very intimidating,” she told Elle. “When I moved back to Vancouver that’s when I got my certificate to teach spin, so I started doing that before the show. For me, it wasn’t really about losing weight or anything like that, I was pretty happy in my own skin. I just loved the feeling of getting stronger.”

3. She Works Out Wherever She Is

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - September 8, 2020APEX/MEGA/GC Images via Getty Images

Even when she is traveling, Kaitlyn prioritizes fitness. “I do try to workout wherever I go. If I am just there for a couple days, I pack one cute outfit and then all of my Reebok clothes so that I am ready to workout when I can. At the airport I make sure I am not taking the tram to each gate and I will walk. I try and be very cautious of making small decisions and small goals for myself to keep me active,” she told Elle.

4. She Got Super Strong for DWTS

To get ready for Dancing with the Stars, Kaitlyn majorly revamped her approach to fitness. "I’ve been working so hard on my mental and physical health over the last 14 weeks," she captioned an Instagram photo documenting her progress over 14 weeks. "Reading, meditating, resting, working out, lifting heavy, Pilates, boxing, going to physical therapy for mobility and strength, getting sports massages, dry needling,” she said about her routine.

5. She Indulges

"Anything I do in life, I always want to work hard, play hard and so I'm still drinking my wine, I'm still eating my McDonald's on Sundays, but I am working hard through the week," Kaitlyn told E News. “I always eat pretty healthy. I worked with this girl named Massy Fit. To be honest, I've been just eating way more than I'm used to. So, definitely more carbs, more protein, which is hard for me because I'm a pescatarian. Sundays are my day I just go like headfirst to McDonald's.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
