She Journals and Drinks Hot Water with Lemon in the Morning

Yan Yan wakes up ar 6am. "A sleep in, for me, is 8am (and I thoro ughly enjoy them too)," she told Elle Australia. "I write in my journal every morning. It's my meditation, and I'm very committed to it. I make a cup of hot water with lemon, look at my phone quickly to check messages (but keep it to a minimum)."

She Exercises

Yan Yan makes sure to sweat, which she does in the morning after her self-care routine. "I like training with my PT, doing reformer Pilates or cycling," she told Elle. "I love light exercise.. yoga and occasionally jogging," she added to  Bondi Beauty.

She Is "Disciplined"

"I've been trying to figure out the secret to keeping on top of a hectic schedule but it really is just about being disciplined, organised and setting work-and-life boundaries. Knowing when to tap out, and when to tap in. Having downtime, and separating work and life helps me to not go insane," Yan Yan told Elle.

She Hydrates

Yan Yan prioritizes hydration and it was of the ways she deal with jet lag. "I always make sure I try and sweat, from either a sauna or a steam, or going for a swim in the ocean. If I'm in a city, I love going to a park and laying out in the sun. But drinking as much water as you can will help—a lot!" she said when asked about changing times zones.

She Takes Me Time

"I think mornings are great for me-time," Yan Yan told Elle. "Try and take yourself out on a date once a week—even if it's an hour of bliss by the ocean, or a coffee date with just you and a book, making things with your hands like cooking dinner, and having a skincare regime you stick to every night."

She Doesn't Diet

You will "definitely not" find Yan Yan on a diet. "I don't believe in strict eating routines or dieting at all! I enjoy eating and love having a good meal. We're so lucky to have an abundance of healthy and great produce in Australia, it's rare for me to eat unhealthy!" she told Bondi Beauty.
