“Mexican Weather Girl” Yanet Garcia has one of the most recognizable—and enviable—physiques on the planet. The 31-year-old star posted a photo of herself wearing a tiny bikini in the pool, to the resounding admiration of her huge fan base. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Garcia stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s All About Balance

Garcia does her best to stay active every day, even if she doesn’t have a full workout. “Having a balance is important,” she says. “I have learned to eat healthy without having a diet and being disciplined with my exercises. If I don’t have time to go to the gym, I can exercise at home. Every day I do a physical activity, being disciplined is what will allow you to reach your objective.”

2. Lunges and Squats Every Day

Garcia’s favorite exercises are lunges and squats. “Lunges, squats, and planks (a move that looks a bit like a push-up and is often substituted for sit-ups) are key moves in most good core workouts,” says Harvard Health. “Sit-ups and crunches—once the bread and butter of core work—have fallen out of favor in recent years. Why? They can actually cause back pain, partly by focusing only on abdominal muscles.”

3. She Indulges On the Weekends

GQ Mexico Men of the Year AwardsVictor Chavez/Getty Images

Garcia lets herself relax on the weekends and enjoy some treats. “I can eat anything I want on weekends,” she says. “I find pastries and desserts very hard to resist. I like to maintain a healthy life and I exercise for how I feel, rather than to focus on the physical appearance. A person is worth for who he or she is and not for what they look like. Yes, I feel very grateful. To know I inspire and motivate loads of people to change their lifestyle, it is one of the most wonderful satisfactions that I have felt.”

4. She Loves Vegetables

Vegetarian,Quinoa,And,Broccoli,Warm,Salad,With,Baked,Butternut,SquashShutterstock

Garcia can’t get enough of vegetables, especially squash and broccoli. “A key component of broccoli is a phytochemical known as sulforaphane, which is also responsible for broccoli’s slightly bitter taste,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Studies have shown that sulforaphane may play a part in enhancing detoxification of airborne toxins, such as cigarette smoke, and could help reduce the risk of certain cancers. Further research has suggested that broccoli may have anti-cancer properties and could reduce the risk of prostate cancer.”

5. She Enjoys Green Juice

Garcia loves to create her own delicious green juices and smoothies, which offer plenty of health benefits. “Consider blending instead of juicing,” says Katherine Zeratsky, RD, LD. “Blending the edible parts of fruits and vegetables produces a drink that contains more healthy phytonutrients and fiber. Fiber can help you feel full. If you try juicing, make only as much juice as you can drink at once; harmful bacteria can grow quickly in freshly squeezed juice. If you buy commercially produced fresh juice, select a pasteurized product.”

Yanet Garcia is showing off her famous figure, in her bathing suit! The “sexiest weather girl in the world,” looks incredible in one of her latest social media snaps, posing in a blue swimsuit next to a swimming pool. "Bellísima," commented one of her followers. “So many curves and me without brakes,” added another. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Eats Healthy

According to Yanet, “Having a balance is important,” when it comes to eating. “I have learned to eat healthy without having a diet,” she told Daily Star. “My diets are always different to not get bored, I always try to be rich in protein, some good carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables,” she added to Women’s Best.

2. She Is “Disciplined” with Exercise

“Being disciplined” with exercise is also how Yanet stays in shape. “If I don’t have time to go to the gym, I can exercise at home. Every day I do a physical activity, being disciplined is what will allow you to reach your objective,” she told Daily Star. “I always try to exercise in my freetime. I love going to the gym every day and also practice yoga and do boxing,” she added to Women’s Best.

3. She Cheats

Assortment,Of,Delicious,And,Colorful,Dessert,,Chocolate,Cake,,Mixed,BerryShutterstock

Yanet maintains a strict diet during the week, however she allows herself a little wiggle room to indulge. “I can eat anything I want on weekends. I find pastries and desserts very hard to resist,” she told Daily Star. “I love Mexican and Italian food! I can never resist a delicious pizza,” she told Women’s Best.

4. She Focuses on How She Feels

Yanet is motivated to stay in shape, but not just to look good. “I like to maintain a healthy life and I exercise for how I feel, rather than to focus on the physical appearance. A person is worth for who he or she is and not for what they look like,” she told Daily Star.

5. She Hydrates

Yanet’s “golden rule” is hydration. “Drink plenty of water,” she told Women’s Best. How much water should you try and drink every day? According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

6. She Meals Preps

Another way Yanet sticks to a healthy eating plan is via meal prep. “I have plenty of meals ready to serve. All I have to do is warm them and nothing else. I always try to prepare healthy food,” she told Women’s Best. "Meal prepping simply means preparing or batch-cooking meals, snacks or ingredients ahead of time, to make healthy eating easier during your busier days," says the Cleveland Clinic. "For one person that might mean making a week’s worth of breakfasts and lunches that they can reheat at work. For another, it might mean just chopping up some extra veggies and making a homemade salad dressing to use throughout the week."

Gabriela Barragan is one of the stars of Bravo’s hit reality series, Below Deck Sailing Yacht. The show follows the crew of a boat as they care for clients and sail to amazing locations. Barragan posted a new stunning video on Instagram. In it, she danced in a white bathing suit outside. "@chopdaily Meet the Afro-Americans inspired ✨ #africana #africanancestry #afrolatina," she captioned it. A "natural beauty," said one fan. How does she stay fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gabriela Barragan stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Pushes Herself

Barragan did an interview with The List, where she talked about what it is like for her to be on the show. She says that her personality pushed her to audition for BDSY. “I don't do anything half-assed. It's like, go big, [or] go home. If I'm going to be dramatic, I might as well do it on television." "It's energy that predicts the strength and persistence of behavior. Like vitamins, you have to take some motivation every day. Sometimes that means acting as if you have it when maybe you're not really feeling it," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She’s Supportive

Barragan tells The List that she has natural instincts to support her other co-stars. “I want everyone to be happy. If everyone's happy, I'm happy. I'm usually trying to give advice and speak life into people. I'm all about praising your friends, hyping people up, and that's usually the role I would play, but it does get sticky when two people are fighting, and you like both of them."

3. She Doesn’t Let Emotions Get In The Way

Barragan admits that she can be emotional, however, she doesn’t let her feelings affect her. When The List asked her what advice she’d give, she answered, “I think I would tell any new yacht crew not to be like, ‘Check your feelings at the door,’ but work through your feelings before you make a big stink about it to everyone that's willing to lend an ear. It doesn't ever end well.”

4. She Does Yoga

Barragan loves to practice yoga. She sometimes will do a session with her co-stars, while they’re sailing. Barraga posted this photo on Instagram of herself and her co-stars practicing yoga. She captioned the post, “If the boys want yoga in the morning, they get yoga in the morning! Namaste ... it’s Monday!” "According to Edward Laskowski, M.D., co-director of Mayo Clinic's Department of Sports Medicine in Rochester, doing yoga in a room that's been heated to anywhere from 80 to 109 degrees with 40 percent humidity is not only good for our mind and spirit, but pretty much our entire body," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Swims

Working on a yacht means Barragan gets to travel the world, usually to tropical destinations. And she gets to spend time at those beaches when she has time off. Barragan loves to go swimming as a way to stay in shape. She posted this video on Instagram from Christmas Cove. In it, she got out of the water, and climbed up onto a boat.

After one of her photos was criticized, she hit back with this Instagram post. “Powerfully caught my attention as recently in one of my photos I was criticized for posing with my legs open. Women can sit with our legs open. WE CAN SPREAD OUR LEGS. The phrase ‘you're a young lady, close your legs’ and similar are MASCHIST. It's something we've been taught wrong”

2. She Hikes

Molinero spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself hiking with her boyfriend in Ibiza. Molinero captioned the post, “Cloudy days in Ibiza, but we made the most of it to enjoy each other. ♥️ Check the last photo.”

3. She Swims

Molinero spends a lot of time in the water. Swimming is something she likes to do to stay in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. I also eat fruit and I am taking some natural supplements that are helping me a lot with the whole issue of the mucosa, digestion, protecting the stomach.”

5. She Gets Her Vitamin D

“Vitamin D is best known for its vital role in bone health. Without this ‘sunshine vitamin,’ the body can't absorb the calcium it ingests, so it steals calcium from bones, increasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Vitamin D also helps maintain normal blood levels of phosphorus, another bone-building mineral,” says Harvard Health.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Images of a woman saying no to plastic surgery.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
