1. She Works Out Her Legs
Garcia has impressive legs, which means she does a lot of leg workouts. Garcia posts a lot of workout videos on her Instagram of herself doing lower body exercises in her home, outside, or at the gym. She posted this video of herself doing back leg lifts and donkey kicks, with the caption, “No excuses.” She also posted this video of herself doing squat jumps and side squat walks, captioning it, “Just keep going.”
2. She Focuses On How She Feels

Garcia broke down her approach to fitness and wellness in an interview with Daily Star Online. She says that she works out to feel healthy, rather than to look good and lose weight. “I like to maintain a healthy life and I exercise for how I feel, rather than to focus on the physical appearance. A person is worth for who he or she is and not for what they look like.”

When it comes to food, Garcia tells Daily Star Online that she doesn’t go on diets. She says that she isn’t afraid to indulge, while still eating healthy. “I can eat anything I want on weekends. I find pastries and desserts very hard to resist. I have learned to eat healthy without having a diet and being disciplined with my exercises.
5. She Works Out Everyday

Garcia tells Daily Star Online that she works out on a regular basis. She says that she tries to get some type of physical activity everyday, even if she doesn’t go to the gym. “If I don’t have time to go to the gym, I can exercise at home. Every day I do a physical activity, being disciplined is what will allow you to reach your objective.”
