Then, in August 2022 she went to fellow costar Angela Deem's plastic surgeon, Michael K. Obeng for some body work.  "I got a breast lift and implants because as you know guys, I breastfed for 17 months — straight, no water, no formula, nothing. So I was, really need help [sic]," she explained in her Instagram Stories in August 2022. "No matter what I do, I get judged so often. But I did it and I'm happy that I did it. If I will care which everybody think about me, I will get freaking crazy [sic]," she continued.

She Maintains a Healthy Diet

In a video from her YouTube channel , Zara explains a healthy diet, even while she was pregnant, is a key reason she is in such great shape. "I was trying to not eat for two," she explained. "I was trying to eat just for one." In another post, her husband, Jovi, told a fan that Yara had put them on a "chicken and fish diet."

She Runs Daily

Yara also relies on daily runs to stay fit. "I run minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day," she says in the same video. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

She Does Burpees

In another 30-minute workout video posted to YouTube, Yara makes a joke that her fit body is solely the product of good genetics, and then reveals a key move that helps her stay in shape. She Drinks Green Smoothies

Yara drinks her nutrients in the form of green smoothie, revealing the recipe on social media. She tosses pineapple, spinach, cucumber, parsley, and milk in her Ninja. "Spinach is one of the best sources for the antioxidant lutein, which may promote eye health and reduce the risk of macular degeneration. A new study in the March 30, 2019, issue of Food Chemistry suggests that eating uncooked chopped spinach can ensure you get the highest amounts compared with traditional cooking methods," says Harvard Health.

Her Breakfast Is Healthy

Like so many stars Yara starts every morning with a glass of water with lemon. Then, she eats a healthy breakfast of low-calorie bread, eggs, avocado, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. She also drinks a cup of coffee. Another breakfast she loves is waffles made with protein powder, coconut milk, and coconut oil spray.
