1

Be Disciplined

Sophie learned about the importance of discipline via sports. "[Gymnastics] taught me about discipline," she told Teen Vogue. "You have to repeat a routine a hundred times to get it right, and when you do gymnastics you have to block out everything around you."

2

Stay Authentic

Sophie always tries to be herself. "Being authentic is something that has always helped me. For instance, when I am interviewing or auditioning, I don't try to act a certain way to please the other person," she told Made In. "Of course, I'm careful with what I publish on my social channels but I stay myself. Actually, I can't not be myself in life and it's funny since my job is to become someone else. But I think it would be so taxing to try and be someone else online and it would feel strange since I meet a lot of people who see the real Sophie."

Don't Give Up

Perseverance is the name of the game, according to Sophie. "If I had to give one piece of advice, I would say: don't give up. There are times that feel more difficult, but you should never throw the towel in and listen to those who say you should do something else," she told Made In.

4

Indulge in Food You Like

She also has a saved collection of Instagram stories devoted to food. One of her regular meals? Acai bowls with fruits and granola. In general, her meals are very French inspired and she doesn't shy away from bread. Soups, avocado toast, and pasta are some of her regular dishes. She also reveals that she loves Vietnamese food and pizza.

5

Sophie's Instagram feed is filled with photos of herself engaging in outdoor activities, including horseback riding, paddle boarding, hiking, and biking. Do "At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous aerobic activity. Strength training exercises of all the major muscle groups at least twice a week," says the Mayo Clinic.
