Influencer Yeri Mua is modeling her current favorite swimsuit, and sharing pictures with fans. Mua posted a series of snaps of herself posing in a pink and black leopard print bathing suit, lounging on a couch with her little dog. “Yes, I’m too pretty,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mua stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Rides Horses

Mua loves horseback riding, which experts say offers many physical and mental health benefits. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.”

2. Fiber Supplements

Mua takes fiber supplements to support her gut health. “Fiber has a number of health benefits, including normalizing bowel function and preventing constipation,” says Michael F. Picco, MD. “It's best to get fiber from food, because supplements don't provide the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that fiber-rich foods do. But fiber supplements can contribute to the recommended daily intake.”

3. She Loves Sushi

Mua enjoys delicious sushi. “Sushi can be a very healthy, green type of food — if ordered simply,” says Maxine Smith, RD, LD. “If you have a craving for sushi, or if you enjoy that social aspect of eating sushi with other people, go for it. It can be a fun experience. You just want to be selective and do your research ahead of time, so that you can nourish your body well and make the best decisions,” she adds. “With a little foresight, you can make healthy choices.”

4. Collagen Supplements

Mua takes collagen supplements. “Collagen benefits your joints, tendons, and ligaments by allowing them to glide and move with ease — much like how oil benefits a car!” says Amy Myers, MD. “With age, and as your collagen production depletes, your joints can become stiff, swollen and painful, even causing a lack of mobility. Collagen contains the amino acids glycine and proline, which help to support joint mobility and a healthy inflammatory response.”

5. Coconut Water

Mua loves coconut water for a healthy and hydrating drink. “Coconut water is a natural source of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Many of us don’t get enough of these important electrolyte minerals, which play a key role throughout the body, including for heart health and skeletal and muscle function. In fact, some claim coconut water is on par with the electrolyte balance found in many isotonic drinks.”

Yumi Nu is a model, known for her work with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. She also shares a lot of stunning photos on social media. Nu shared a new selfie to her Instagram story recently. In it, she wore sunglasses, a red bathing suit, and a white cover up. She captioned the post, “Sunscreen, preventative Botox, I will be okay.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Uses Face Masks

Nu has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite products with NYMag. Nu says that she likes to use face masks, specifically Dr. Jart Rubber Masks. “A friend posted about these masks on Instagram a couple years ago, and I thought they looked really cool,” she says. “I honestly bought one for the aesthetic at first, but it turned out to be the most incredible mask treatment, and I use them after I wear a lot of makeup or when my skin needs a little refresh. If I’m working a lot, I’ll do a mask maybe once a week. Otherwise, I’ll do it every other week.”

2. She Uses Detox Oil

Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Runway Show During Paraiso Miami Beach - Red Carpet & BackstageAlexander Tamargo/Getty Images

Nu tells NYMag that she likes to use Caudalie VineActiv Overnight Detox Oil on her skin. In particular, she uses it for acne. “Back in 2019, I was working for a makeup client, and it really started to take a toll on my skin. I went to Sephora to get some higher-end skin care, and the employees recommended this oil. I now use it any time I get acne flare-ups. It always works. I don’t use it every day, just when I’m working a lot or need to give my skin a little extra love. If I’m breaking out, I see such a big difference when I incorporate it into my routine.”

3. She Wants To Represent Others

Nu opened up about her career to Vogue. She says that she wants to represent different bodies in the fashion industry. “There are definitely people who are misrepresented or underrepresented still,” she starts. “But I also think that mid-size people really deserve representation. And I think that’s the category I started out under. I want to fight for all people to be represented, because I know that not seeing your body type can make you feel really isolated.”

4. She’s All About Body Positivity

Nu tells Vogue that she is all about body positivity and finding comfort in herself. She also shared some of her tips for doing this in the interview. “I think understanding societal constructs and pressures and how it’s affected us as a society is helpful. As women… all it takes is something we read and we’re under its spell again. What’s helped me is being aware that I’m falling into that trap – the illusion isn’t real. For generations we lived unconsciously in these traps and we were not aware of how, psychologically, it affected us and made our bodies unwell. Physically feeling the stress in our bodies when we think about summer coming up is not good, so catch yourself in the cycle and have these conversations on social media.”

5. She Walks

YumiYumi Nu/Instagram

Nu tells Vogue that she likes to walk. She says that this not only helps her stay in shape, but it helps with her mind. “My self-care routine right now involves going on walks. I used to dread exercise, especially because it’s attached to all this trigger weight loss stuff, but now it’s a gratitude thing for me. I’m grateful to be able to move my legs and arms and take deep breaths without any pain, and to just appreciate the mobility in my body and give it a treat, like you would a dog!”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Zaya is originally from Ukraine, and when her home country’s conflicts with Russia started this year, she wasn’t afraid to speak out. Zaya appeared on FOX News talking about the situation, and posted this video on Instagram of herself on the news. She captioned the post, “I also wanna ask you who knows the donation place please send it to me, I will be checking them over and post for you if I’m sure that’s a good one.”

2. She Runs

In this video from her YouTube channel, Zaya talked about how she lost the weight from her pregnancy. She says that she likes to go running every day. “I run minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day,” she says. "For many runners, a warm-up may consist of only a few stretches or some slow jogging before starting to move at a steady running pace. While this is better than nothing, it does not adequately prepare muscles for the forces experienced during a run. If you run regularly or are returning to running after taking some time off, avoid the risk of an injury and make your workouts as effective as possible with a dynamic warm-up," says ACE Fitness.

3. She Ate Healthy While Pregnant

In the same video, Zara revealed what she ate while she was pregnant. She says that she tried to still eat healthy throughout it. “I was trying to not eat for two,” she explained. “I was trying to eat just for one.”

4. She Uses An Apple Watch

Zara revealed in her YouTube video that her husband bought her an Apple Watch. She says that she uses it to help herself stay in shape. Apple Watches track your movement on a circular graph, and closing a circle means you have done enough activity for the day. Zaya says that this helps her stay motivated. “I was like, ‘I have to close the circle,’” she says.

5. She Goes To The Beach

One look at Zaya’s Instagram, and you will see that she loves to go to the beach. She loves to go on vacation to different beach locations. One thing she likes to do when she’s at the beach is go swimming and snorkeling. Zaya posted this photo of herself snorkeling with sharks.

1. She Works Hard

Cavadzade opened up about her life and career in an interview with Women’s Fitness. She says that working out and working hard are things that are important to her. Cavadzade says that this also sets her apart. “I think I am one of the fittest women of my generation. This is actually an extension of my hardworking production.”

2. She Wants To Empower Women

Cavadzade was asked about her image in her Women’s Fitness interview. She says that she wants to use it as a way of empowering others. “I love this image. Because this is the dress I prefer to wear, the jacket! But it's completely 'Is this really your prose?' If you say no, it's not. Because I just like this image. Thanks to this image, I both give myself strength, overcome my fears, and also think that I empower women. As long as they don't misunderstand me and they're not angry.”

3. She’s Comfortable With Herself

Cavadzade is all about having self-confidence. In her Women’s Fitness interview, she was asked if she ever got self-conscious. She answered “no”, and encouraged others to develop the same attitude. “It never happens! As women, we are so cornered about being attractive. Almost every moment of us is self-censorship. That's why for me, a woman who has not been forced to hide her charm, is a stance to be proud of."

4. She Gets Some Sun

Sunshine is a great source of vitamin D. "You can get vitamin D in a variety of ways, including:

  • Sun exposure on your skin (however, people with darker skin and older people may not get enough vitamin D through sunlight. Your geographical location may also prevent adequate vitamin D exposure through sunlight).
  • Through the food you eat.
  • Through nutritional supplements," says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. She Remains Chill

"I embrace more of who I am now. I am peaceful, happy and calm," she told Hello. "Once you've learned which situations affect your self-esteem, notice your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and how you view the situations," says the Mayo Clinic. "Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts. Or they may be irrational, based on false ideas."

1. She Sticks Up For Herself

Molinero isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. After one of her photos was criticized, she hit back with this Instagram post. “Powerfully caught my attention as recently in one of my photos I was criticized for posing with my legs open. Women can sit with our legs open. WE CAN SPREAD OUR LEGS. The phrase ‘you're a young lady, close your legs’ and similar are MASCHIST. It's something we've been taught wrong”

2. She Hikes

Molinero spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself hiking with her boyfriend in Ibiza. Molinero captioned the post, “Cloudy days in Ibiza, but we made the most of it to enjoy each other. ♥️ Check the last photo.”

I also eat fruit and I am taking some natural supplements that are helping me a lot with the whole issue of the mucosa, digestion, protecting the stomach.”

5. She Gets Her Vitamin D

“Vitamin D is best known for its vital role in bone health. Without this ‘sunshine vitamin,’ the body can't absorb the calcium it ingests, so it steals calcium from bones, increasing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures. Vitamin D also helps maintain normal blood levels of phosphorus, another bone-building mineral,” says Harvard Health.

Rayna Vallandingham is flashing her washboard abs – in a two-piece exercise set from Alo. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her impressive midsection during a workout at the gym. “dojang diaries,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Magnific! Very very beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “♥️More like diaries of a hottie♥️” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Be Consistent

Consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," Rayna says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

Fight Your Way to a Hot Body

Rayna is a big fan of martial arts. She has been doing taekwondo since she was 2, earning her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.

Work on Strength and Flexibility

Rayna recommends prioritizing strength, flexibility, and power. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Lift Weights

If you want a strong, lean body like Vallandingham, you must lift for it. The star strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, folded forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Stretch

Rayna never skips stretching. She starts by by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything." “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

To my marathon runners: it’s your time to shine, PLEASE tell me ALL of your tips, all of your advice, and for all of you who understand what I’m about to attempt, please send your words of encouragement 😂 Also feel free to try to talk me out of this as well thanks👍 We are on the training countdown. Turning a sprinter, jumper, and thrower into a long distance runner 🫣🙌 What do you think my time will be?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Minfulness and Meditation

Charli practices mindfulness. Before going for a run, she says words of intention. “I am willing. I am grateful. I surrender,” she revealed during an interview with San Diego Magazine. Meditation:

“When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

Stretching

She also makes sure to stretch. “If you ever can think of some dynamic stretches: F.A.S.T. ✨🙌 My left hip and right QLs have been SO tight lately so I’m on a journey of getting them right! What’s bugging you at the moment???” she captioned a post. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Here Is The Right Way To Run

During her interview with San Diego, Charli explained how you should be running. “Remember, the sole of the foot is showing right in front of us,” she said, doing a type of high-knee movement. “To do this, you’re over exaggerating your running form while standing still. Raise your knee up, point your toes to the clouds (forming an A), and then pedal the sole of your foot forward before striking your knee down. It’s more complicated than it sounds after 30-plus years of moving a certain way,” the writer explained.

Positive Attitude

In a recent post Charli revealed things she learned about positivity. “Patience is easier when it isn’t required,” she said. “The people around you are BLESSINGS (which I feel like I already understood but sometimes it’s nice to have it emphasized).” Also, “We are up, we are down, but trusting the process sometimes means knowing that it’s all good even when it’s not the best” and “Making a plan is the best option for everything. It’s ok if the plan doesn’t go perfect, but just willy-nilly-ing it is not the best option when you want to get things done.”

Never Giving Up

Charli refuses to give up. “Understand what you want first, and then go for it. Then keep going for it all the time, and, eventually, you’ll get it,” she said during her interview.

Giulia Arena Swears By These 5 Habits For Her Beach Body

Giulia Arena first made waves when she won the 2013 Miss Italia pageant. Since then, she’s become a successful actress, TV host, and model. Arena recently took a trip to the Maldives. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach. In them, Arena is seen in a white swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Native habitat.”

Biking

Giulia enjoys cycling. During her trip to the Maldives Giulia went bike riding. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Reading

Giulia is also a fan of books. In the Maldives, she took some time to relax and read. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Snorkeling

Giulia snorkels, recently discovering the “Sea Lung,” she revealed in a post. “It reaches 60cm long with a weight of almost 10kg, and represents the largest medusa of the Mediterranean. I don’t know why, but I have always experienced the charm of Jellyfish: creatures that are essentially simple and yet capable of surviving entire geological epochs floating, light and slow, between the currents. She, remains one of the most beautiful sights of this summer.” Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Coffee

Giulia is a coffee drinker. She especially likes shots of espresso. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Yoga

Giulia is a yogi. Here she is doing yoga. There are many reasons to do yoga, according to Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
