1. She Works Out

Zoey focuses on exercise. "I'm not going to give up salt and sugar because I want to look like Adriana Lima," she told Teen Vogue. "But I am going to work out to make myself feel good in my own body." Her workout of choice? The Tracy Anderson Method. She broke down her routine based on the dance-inspired workout for the magazine.

2. She Takes Me Time

“I’ve been working for a decade and I never once thought about building a vacation into the schedule,” she recently told Porter. “I’ve been trying to establish boundaries for myself, so I can lead a life where I’m not living to work,” she says. “The scary realization is that an actor who does nothing but act is kind of boring. If I do that, all I can talk about is acting. Or myself. And I refuse – I refuse – to be an uninteresting person!”

3. Anxiety Is Her “Superpower”

Zoey once revealed to Cosmopolitan that she uses anxiety to her benefit. "I came into this world with anxiety. I used to hold my breath from anxiety when I was a baby and it would make me faint,” she said. "There are times when it's debilitating. And there are times when it makes me laugh, like in the car today when I lost the plot entirely. But I actually feel like my superpower is my anxiety. It's one of my key motivators and it's at the center of my ambition."

4. She Has a Go-To Self-Love Mantra

Zoey practices self-love, with the help of her famous mother, Lea Thompson. “I love something my mum told me once - I do believe some of the simplest things in life are the most profound – that, ‘you are enough, and you are really beautiful.’ I think that is really comforting and I think people need to listen to that and learn from that,” she told Glamour UK.

5. She Loves to Eat

“My greatest passion in life is food and eating. I’ve always had those passions, but I didn’t really show the world until now, on my Instagram. I’m getting a lot of accusations, like, ‘Who’s cooking for you? Who did this?’ Nobody is like, ‘Wow, beautiful work!’ Nobody wants to believe it’s me. But that makes sense, because I can’t do anything, so they’re confused that I can do this. The other day, someone was like, ‘You know, Zoey, you don’t, like, ‘do things.’ You don’t like games or sports.’ I was like, ‘Am I the most boring person in the world?’ But yeah, I have nothing else except food and — sort of — acting,” she told Vulture.

6. Singing Is Her Therapy

“One of my therapeutic outlets I’ve been missing, which I didn’t realize was such a factor in my life, is loudly singing in my car,” Zoey told Vulture. “Like, I’ll sing in my house or in my shower or whatever, like other people, but I also spent two hours a day screaming pop music in my car. And I genuinely think it’s affected my happiness that I haven’t been able to do it. I think I’ve cracked the code for why, when I’m on-location, I also feel sad. So the other day, I just sat in my car for two hours and sang really loudly.”

“I came into this world with anxiety,” she says. “I used to hold my breath from anxiety when I was a baby and it would make me faint. There are times when it’s debilitating, and there are times when it makes me laugh, like in the car today when I lost the plot entirely. But I actually feel like my superpower is my anxiety. Zoey loves Maybelle, her pit bull. “It was literally love at first sight. I saw her and I was like, This is God in dog form. I’ve never seen anything so good in my life. We do not deserve this creature,” Zoey told Cosmo. You need to heal yourself from the inside; you can’t just use products for your skin to look and feel your best. This wellness formula was a real game changer for me. I have a tricky, funky immune system, and I also travel a lot, which just doesn’t help. I am that person who is always hand-sanitizing and wiping down my airplane seat. I get colds and flus very easily; if I don’t take proper precautions, I’m sick every couple of months. But taking this formula has really helped. I take six capsules a day — three in the morning and three at night. It’s sort of like a one-stop shop for me, because it contains the right combination of herbs and antioxidants and vitamins and minerals to boost my immune system.”

1. Nina Dobrev

Nina Dobrev shared her workout secrets in an interview with Shape. “I actually did not do a lot of [strength training] in the past – I only did yoga and ran in terms of training,” she said. “Strength training with weights and such a regimented schedule has been new to my life, and now that I understand the way it all works, the science behind it, it’s changed everything for me. I eat so much more than I used to, and I feel so much leaner and stronger than I ever imagined I’d be.”

2. Julianne Hough

Julianne Hough is Dobrev’s best friend. She shared her skincare and wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. “On the physical side, skin is my go-to for everything. Whether that’s hydrating with water, what I’m putting in my body, what I’m putting on my body — it’s all the same for me. I am a big believer in [the idea] that you need to sweat to release those toxins. Whether that’s pilates or dance or yoga or cycling — I love variety, so it not only helps with my physical self, but it also helps clear my mind.”

3. Jessica Szohr

Jessica Szohr is one of Dobrev’s close friends, as both were CW stars at the same time. Szohr shared her skincare secrets with Yahoo. “Right now I’m using Obagi face wash, toner and lotion. It’s a gel face wash, a really light toner and a really light lotion. Sunscreen is a really big thing. My mom was always like, ‘Sunscreen!’ but as I got older, I realized you need to put in on – especially living in L.A., the sun’s always out.”

4. Emma Watson

Emma Watson worked with Dobrev in The Perks of Being A Wallflower. Watson talked about wanting to use sustainable products with Into The Gloss. “Recently, I’ve become super interested in sustainability and transparency and understanding what I’m putting on my face and on my body. It’s been a fun little mission to see how far I can go with it… Can I create a completely sustainable wardrobe? Can I dress sustainably on the red carpet? Can I put together a hair and makeup look with completely organic products? I needed to figure out if it was achievable or not. You can't talk the talk if you don't walk the walk. So that’s what I’ve been discovering over the past couple of years.”

5. Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez is close friends with Dobrev, and has invited her to her birthday parties. She opened up about her skincare secrets with ELLE. "I just can't understand when—and no offense—people have to wear makeup all the time, and they'll say, 'Oh, you can sleep with a tinted moisturizer or a self tanner on your face and you can wake up.' For me, I just think that's not my vibe, plus I do breakout. For me, I can't really sleep with things on my body or tinted things just because I get worried. It's not my vibe."

6. Lily Collins

Dobrev is close friends with actress Lily Collins. In an interview with Shape, the Emily In Paris star opened up about her diet. “I’m a clean eater. I love chicken, fish, and vegetables and grains like quinoa, but I don’t eat red meat. I steer clear of processed foods. I’m very farm-to-table; growing up in the English countryside, it was a way of life, not a trend.”

7. Ruby Rose

Ruby Rose is another of Dobrev’s best friends. She shared her diet secrets with Life & Style. “When I’m exhausted and have a full day and just want a hamburger, I’ll just make an Impossible burger or Beyond Meat. I don’t love meat, but it’s the idea of a hamburger. It’s a form of junk food I want and need, but it’s still good for me. Fries and a burger.”

1. She Makes Time To Workout

Dobrev revealed some of her wellness tips to Teen Vogue. She says that she makes working out a priority. “When I workout I feel good. I don’t know if it’s the endorphins that get released or taking time for me. I don’t think people give enough time to themselves, me-time is almost non-existent anymore. So in that 30 minutes, 45, however long you’re in the workout class you’re focusing on you and you’re doing something for yourself and to make yourself feel better. Not only does it change your body and make you look better, it also makes you feel better.”

2. She Works Out With Her Friends

Dobrev tells Teen Vogue that she likes to workout with company. “Whenever I go with my girlfriends, they push me and motivate me to do better. Having that support system in class is helpful. And also accountable — if you say you’re going to do something with your friends you’re going to do it and go. If you plan on doing something on your own, you might bail on it because you just don’t feel like it or you're lazy or you’re not having a good day. But you can go to a workout class and chat with your friends before, do the class and go to coffee after words and chat about your lives and catch up. So it’s nice to have a community in that way.”

3. She Makes Time To Breathe

Dobrev tells Teen Vogue that she takes care of her mental health. She makes sure to take deep breaths when she’s stressed out. “If you’re in a stressful situation, or if you’re upset about something, you can just breathe in and out a few times and allow for that time to pass. You can be more objective mentally and think about what just happened.”

4. She Eats More

nina-dobrev-1Nina Dobrev/Instagram

Dobrev revealed to Teen Vogue that she has made some changes to her diet. “The older I get, the more I realize that the more healthy you are in your choices, like I probably eat more now. I probably eat more now because I’ve learned it’s healthier to eat meals more frequently and that will sustain your metabolism. So it’s things like that, learning about biology and nutrition. So I have a higher caloric intake throughout the day, and I feel better.”

5. She Loves Pilates

Dobrev revealed some of her daily habits to WhoWhatWear. She says that she loves to do Pilates to stay in shape. “It makes me feel so good. I go to a studio and/or I have a reformer at home and zoom with my private instructor.”

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
