Nicole Scherzinger had a heck of a time in United Arab Emirates, and now she’s showing you why. In a recent Instagram video, she shared her and her partner strolling on the beach, staying at a beautiful resort and then dressing for and attending the Global Citizen Forum in Dubai. 1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts
“I really love everything from jogging to dance cardio to hot yoga, hot Pilates, boxing — whatever does the trick,” she told Us. “I have to switch it up ’cause I get bored after a while.” And she even prioritizes sweat sessions when she’s traveling. “If all else fails,” she says, “I’ll just get on the treadmill and put on my music and zone out. And I do it mostly for my frame of mind more than anything.”
2. The Pandemic Forced Her to Appreciate the Little Things
“[The pandemic] has forced me to appreciate the little things in life, which are everything in life,” she told Glamour. “So many other things just don’t seem important any more. I’ve always been hard on myself and had so many expectations on myself and others and now this has simplified everything.”
3. She Knows What Doesn’t Kill You Makes You Stronger

“I’ve definitely been through my fair share of insecurities that I’ve fought through and battled, and I’ve gone through challenges and relationships — and what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger,” she told Glamour. “Now I have a new perspective and things balance out. And I’m really grateful to [in lockdown] build a healthy, strong, solid foundation to my relationship.”
4. She Exercises With Friends
"Me and my girlfriends support each other for the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, - we try to do different things,” she told Women’s Health. "We’ll go hiking one day and then we’ll try a sculpting hot yoga class, then we’ll do a cardio. We just motivate each other."
5. She’s Creating Her Own Fitness Program
Nicole is cooking up something big for fitness buffs. “I like to switch it up and try a lot of different things. And I can’t talk too much about it, but I’m really excited because I’m creating a fitness movement for women,” the Masked Singer panelist told Us. “Obviously I’m a woman, it was inspired by me and I thought I needed it to fit my needs but anyone can do it,” she teases. “And so, I’m really excited. When the time is right I’m going to share that with you all.”

"For breakfast I love eggs and toast and smoked salmon or bacon, or porridge. For lunch I like maybe some soup or some sushi. For dinner, anything from pasta to rice, and meats and veggies, to sushi,” she told Women’s Health. "When I’m going to indulge, I love pasta, pizza, I love Mexican with lots of cheese. I love French fries, or crisps - salt and vinegar crisps. In terms of snacks: almonds, coconut water, bits of coconut, baby carrots."
